Sorry for that experience man and while I am not with this group, to explain context there is a rampant alting problem on LoTC. If you feel you are being bullied by one community maybe you can try out another place and if you can't find a spot where you feel you fit in the best thing to do may be to just leave for your own mental health. Hope you can find a group where you feel you fit in man.

genuine question big pvpers, y is a server with latency issues, no fancy plugins, and minimal pvp support ur go to for pvp?

You are under the misconception that role play only includes typing, when in fact most forms of role playing games have heavy mechanics based combat systems in place in order to deal with combat, think of things like literally every single MMORPG, Role playing games like TES and Fallout.
PvP IS RP, it is just represented in a different way. When PvP is over, that does not mean it never happened, it wasn't an OOC fight, the fight still happened in role play.PvP fights have dictated the larger narrative of the server for many years, wars and warclaims are some of the biggest things that shake the server up, even more so then events that are put up by the staff team. Sure, the event team can maybe change the map, but it's the players who change the borders.

This entire OOC Anti-Oren obsession that has existed since Alty became Emperor in late 2019 is turning this server in a completely toxic place. How many times any of you have witnessed Anti-Oren messages in OOC channels within the server? Because it has been constant during all this time. What has the Admin Team done to address this issue? Nothing, and now we see the consequences of this negligence: more toxicity and more OOC, which is a very bad impression for a new player (see JoshBright's post).
Also, and I hope that what happened recently made us all learn this, which is that I think that it has been completely proven that forcing your character to act in a certain manner for the mere fact that it benefits you more oocly (e.g.: to assume the leadership of a nation) is something that is completely bad for the community as it just generates more OOC and toxicity.
