  1. An Ancient Mali'ame rowed his boat from the coast slowly over to an island central to a lake. With each movement he towed himself deeper into a sad fog that hung over an island. On his last paddle an image came to him, a skull made as if hand painted. Moments later his head fell and a sad frown came across his face. "Till death do we part, sleep well friend, I am sure to see you in the afterlife."
  2. Tap Tap Tap Tap The sound of the ladder sounded out. Soon, the man came to a table and flipped open a page only to be met with a sense of vertigo. His invisible eyes swept across the page and slowly his mind was filled with information from a world uncannily familiar, yet all the same. Word by word he digested the page and for one reason or another he looked upwards only to witness something incomprehensible. Beyond his desk now lay a light growing as he adjusted only for him to be punched across the nose with a rancid scent. In moments his eyes focused onto his new existence and he stared around blindly for a moment as he observed an entire world composed of nothing but limbs cut below the knee. All sorts of shapes and sizes and types of creation lay in what one might call a plane. Seamlessly the legs of a bug, a descendant, and even a bear merged together in an infinite wave made like an ocean of flesh and carapace. On what one could guess to be a coast was a thick line of mushrooms infinitely rotting away the never ending recycling of dead flesh and bone. As Solace witnessed the stench for yet another breath he’d reach for a simple rag and put it over his mouth and nose to block out the horrid smell of the land he came into, yet his curiosity also pushed him forward. As he stepped forth the land continued to shift in its slow flailing manner, allowing him to step onto the top of a leg where lines of parasitic-looking infections grew and coated whatever flesh had once been there. With each step he sunk gently into the infected flesh, each step leaving an eternal footprint behind in the rotten lands. Time passed slowly for the soothsayer, each step he took allowed him to sail further into the lands until he was able to find a land composed entirely of the arc of a giant foot with two hills. The palm and heel of the foot held two bundles of giant mushrooms with the arch valley being desolate, only filled with filth as if the foot itself had walked through dirt for eons. With fear he trudged through the filth to reach the peak of a hill, slicing off a chunk of the mushroom and stowing it away in his bag. For a moment longer he’d gaze out into the infinite land of rolling legs only to turn at a perfect time. Tap Tap Creak In one moment the Seer witnessed a huge foot coming down upon his rolling forest of fungi, the noise coming from the lack of Synovial fluid in the non-existent knee joint. Before he could react he’d shut his eyes tight in preparation for impact only to be imparted with a slight breeze. The seer starred up only to find once more the forbidden page in his grasp, his position being in his decorated basement. “What does this mean?” He’d simply ask himself as he tucked away the page, worried he might once more be dragged to wherever that was.

I like the feedback, this helps a lot since we always are trying to make it better but obviously after you stare at your own lore for so long you sort of glaze over things. 1. - Appraise In the description it does have a line to differentiate who gives the info when read, that being the player who used it, the player who signed it, and then the ST inside of events only. It also notes on the vision part this lil section "In events, if the ST consent, a seer may receive a brief, 5-10 second vision of the past centered on the object and about its history. " Also you cant use identify to deduce who used it. Red Lines:-Appraise cannot derive exactly where, who by, or when the object was created or enchanted unless given via ST vision. 2. - Charade I think in the same vein of how paladin mist manipulation or other freeform uses don't really have a limitation is the way it was designed, however I get why you would want one so I'll throw it into the rewrite chat. 3. - Casting Aesthetic I think the part you're most worried about won't be an issue given the seers we have, but also the fact that anything complex or perhaps questionable (or like 99% of casting tells) should be talked through an ST before use, which is also quoted in your bit. The freeform aspect of it won't allow us to create anything beyond a tell so creating side illusions or something crazy would be hard, but I can understand what you're saying when you say its risky, however I think the ST approval part of it will eliminate that fact. 4. - Eyebite Illusionary bit With this, it generally should line up with the seers abilities due to the fact that we impose our own actual illusions on ourselves everytime we slot, which is where the ability is derived from in some aspects I think. Eyebite especially is just visual effects, although I could be misunderstanding what you mean. 5. - Djinn tossed this into seer rewrite chat, will be amended. good feedback 100% 6. - sown items sown items are useless to everyone except seers, anyone else its legit just a detriment and they basically rub off on the carrier and end up making them become sown with a seed, so I don't think selling them will happen but I could be wrong. Ultimately I was thinking that these items would require the ST to sign because the ST wanted something like this to be signed, just purely out of sake for legitimacy 7. - Invisibility I'll put this in the rewrite chat, see what Zars believes in that part since he wrote that 8. - Scry sweet 9. - Divination Yeah the purpose of the spell is to rather find your sown victim or find another seer or find a certain person to roleplay with them. Knowledge of where they are is useless unless you act on it I'd think, but we can toss something in there along the lines of requires consent of the captors OR cannot be done at all 10. - Altars didnt even think of this one, redline added 11. - Mendacity I'll let Zar address that one 12. - Identify Yeah, thats a good point. Around him lay pieces of random materials and the blood of dead voidal creatures, those who dared reach for the mages power. His grey eyes stared off into the ocean that faded from its corrupted and dead black-purple into a distant hue of aqua, much like how the sea should be. "My span has been grand, perhaps too much so." He'd humble himself with a smirk as an idle hand reached out and drew forth a tear into the material plane, one peering into the impossibly close, yet physically distant, land of home. "Perhaps I should visit my descendants, their lives last only a fraction of mine..." He'd rub his chin one last moment before adjusting the ties on his robe, stepping into the portal. With a quick snap, he was gone into wherever his travels took him.

In the night a dream came and truth brought with it, causing him to jolt awake in a sweat. Geist Stomach As a blade may expel their geist to create a potent defense or attack, a conjurer may do the opposite by consuming the plundered souls of their victims and storing them internally. Possession While a blade may physically conjure their conjoined phantom to act on their behalf, a conjurer may send their geist into the body of another to possess them temporarily. Often called a curse or a haunt, this ability can cause a myriad of issues. Tyking A conjurer's true strength lies not in themself, but ultimately their control of ectoplasm to twist it into a geist.   17. coming from my personal opinion and by no means a representation of the mods or any staff i think the idea is a double edged sword honestly. On one hand you have people like @Valannorwho will carry 57 weapons, 10 marts, and a dog and then just give up one sword irp. How they do it, i cannot tell. But on the other end if we did enforce the rule of what you have mechanically is what you have rply then people cannot do what is simply of ease anymore. Its super hard to pick one side or the other, because honestly both suck. How do we treat soulbound items, etc. All things that I have been thinking since we originally allowed the 'takes items irply', but i am totally open to the discussion. the point you make about them being unable to enforce it are true, since yknow the rules go directly against it and additionally you'd have to have some sort of log.

Code Azh; To go against the will of the Rex is to spit on Krugs name. Below the word of the Rex is the Dominus and Targoth, who may only be defied by words directly from the Rex. Code Dub; One may not overthrow the Rex without previous approval of all the goths followed by a klomp. Code Gakh; One may not kill the defenseless or unarmed. They may be captured, but not slain. Code Futh; To raid or attack the allies of Krugmar is to violate the will of KRUG Code H’; Using one’s military rank to influence the decision of their superiors is to dishonor one’sself and demerit their worth. Code H’Futh; A klomp without reason is a klomp worth no honor; This includes klomps with outsiders who have done nothing to slight the Uruk-hai. Code Azhty; To intentionally harm a kub of any race disgraces KRUG as well as oneself. Injury during training, trials, or klomps challenged by the kub themselves are the only exceptions. Code Azhty-Azh; Stealing from one’s bruddas, whether through stealth or honorless klomping, weakens one’s honor. Code Azhty-Dub; Kneeling to any-ONE or any-THING violates the will of KRUG and weakens one’s honor. Code Azhty-Gakh; To force another to kneel disgusts KRUG; The dishonor of the act falls to the one who forced it to happen. ON SNAGAZ Truth be told the Snagas of old were an outdated act to abuse the powers Krug has granted us. It was to give into the spirits demands and forgo a true sense of HONOR above all else. The honorable alone are strong enough to conquer any task at hand and require no aid of those who are not driven by a sense of honor. Finally, many times has Snagadom led to the abuse of those forced into it and resulted in half-breed children left to suffer a cursed life. On Punishments Should an honorable stray away from the written codes, their punishment will be decided by the Rex, Dominus, or Targoth. It may also be delivered by their clan’s Wargoth. PAINTING: A period of atonement served by painting an orc’s body with symbols, words and pigments to shame them. They may not wash the painting off until their atonement has been served. DISARMING: A period of punishment delivered by the confiscation of an orc’s weapons and barring from obtaining more until the punishment has been served. They may not participate in raids or challenge others to klomp during this time. PUGGING: A period of penance served by painting an orc’s tusks and face and encouraging the community to flog and shame them without retaliation. During this time, their klomps are invalid and they are considered honorless. CURSING: A period of penance served by an orc submitting themselves to being cursed by the shamans for their crimes, directly inflicting the spirits’ ire upon them for a period of time. BRANDING: Atonement served by the permanent branding of a sigil representing the offender’s crime. MUTILATION: Crippling or maiming an offender in such a way that in the future they are unable to perform their crime again; The severing of a thief’s hand, the removal of a liar’s tongue, etc. WHITEWASHING: Atonement served by banishment from orcish society and allowing them to be hunted with impunity. Those who are Whitewashed must undergo trials to lift their status. SACRIFICE: Execution carried out in the name of the spirit or spirits that an orc has wronged, optionally delivered through klomping until they are slain. EXECUTION: Execution delivered without the right to klomp or done in the name of the spirits, considered the harshest possible punishment, as it is a death denied of any honor. DISCIPLINE: Exclusive to znagas; Corporal punishment delivered at the discretion of the znagagoth that may not result in death or permanent mutilation. This should be done with a goal in mind; Abusing a znaga is, itself, against the codes.
  20. I like the server, but I also know it a minecraft game. People get too caught up in that sometimes, and others just use the 'its minecraft' as an excuse to be a bad person. what makes me not insane is staff pex i wasn't even a noob then, i was just an idiot... i do remember you though its okay. When Dael'ran was becoming an Ascended at the time I was a mediocre roleplayer who really wanted magic simply because it was cool. To put it frankly, if Ravondir hadn't brought Dael to Eliza I do not think I would've become a voidal mage since no one else wanted to teach me. Not only did you, by giving me a chance, and your character make Dael who he was, you also shaped me a little bit because you sorta opened my eyes to the fun that magic can bring vs the power that people desire. The good lessons in sand pits learning the magic and understanding how to use it really shaped how I would play Dael, and then soon my other characters who got involved in magic. Overall, I'd say a very important teacher.
