Here on Brazil, if you're on a public school, it's almost impossible to have to re-do the year because you give "too many expenses", I mean, rates go from 1 to 10 and the minimal grade is 5, the only thing you have to do to not get a 4 or 3 on everything is to go to school 70% of the days, and even so, you might probably go to the next year, without considering that studying is considered a joke here and "things for only rich people" in the eyes of a poor ****, you're mocked if you study and people begin to treat you differently.
