@Publius I tried doing this when I was NL back last summer. It worked pretty fine, a lot of IC influences suddenly appeared on decision making. The main issue, however, was time zones. This’d dangerously limit diplomacy to US players. 

@Publius I try to do this sometimes, but since every other settlement uses OOC planning to better coordinate themselves, not planning stuff OOCly means that Brandybrook is out at a disadvantage compared to others.
