THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW LAREH’THILLN Issued from The Office of the Blessed Diarchy The 15th of The Grand Harvest, 1745 TO THE BLESSED CITIZENRY OF THE SILVER STATE OF HAELUN’OR, On this eve, we celebrate and remember the triumphs and tribulations that the Mali’thill have come to experienced and endure since we arrived to the barren lands of Arcas. It was upon Lareh’thilln, this tall mountain towering up through thick spruce forest, where we found refuge and promise. The small assembly of Silver Blooded quickly got to work, erecting towers and halls as we continued to expand according to our new needs along the ridge reaching up into the cold north. A city suitable for the population of the humble Atlasian Enclave, certainly, but not one for the opulent and imperial people which grew out of the Arcasian generation. She longed for expansion. She longed for improvement. She longed for PROGRESS. And so the Okarir’nor Valenar Laraethryn had his objective. Architects and designers, the Haelunorian industry and engineers, all turned to him for guidance and structure; and he provided. A plan grew out of the seed Okarir’nor Laraethryn had planted, and his loving care and the fortunate weather, bringing with it new Mali’thill talent-- Soon New Lareh’thilln had been mapped out, designed and refined, all resources ready for the reconstruction. She would soon get her PROGRESS. New Lareh’thilln, a complete rebuild and restructuring of both the main city and the urban areas surrounding it, will reignite the flame and reaffirm the hope and promise in our pure adherence to maehr’sae hiylun’ehya and Larihei’s teachings.
