idk, I think staff should just allow meaningful consequence. They want a story to be told, but are too afraid to let IRP mistakes have IRP results, one of the things I wanted to do when I returned to Hnor was build up a military force, but due to just how absent the leader at the time was and how some things played out, I opted not to and have my character explore world and discover what they could until their was a ripe time to return to Hnor. People constantly want things to go their way but as I remember reading in the old Daggerfall manual awhile back, basically accept the consequences instead of attempting to abuse the save system to get the 'perfect run', there is an epic story here to be had, but it feels stifled by OOC. And frankly I feel in the long run is just going to wear both communities out.
