  1. Literally do not believe a word of what you say – or your capability to change things. Still blacklisted (banned), still been lied to, and still been misled without a proper response / without seeing cooperation from staff. All for breaking a ‘rule’ that wasn’t even documented or heard of being enforced before (Playing with Dewper); just for staff to then a month later use a vague out-of-context discussion between me and another banned player as ‘evidence’ for stealing my entire region. Multiple **** ideas within this post that aren’t even worth addressing, as you should already realise that before posting. It’s funny, as well, as you’ve already said that you have to run your posts through @Telanir before posting them, so that means that he hasn’t even spotted how many stupid ideas there are here – or just doesn’t care, which is more likely. Here; I’ll be generous and give you a hint. Can’t wait to see incompetent, under-qualified, and otherwise useless C-Team members deal with bans that they have no knowledge about entirely. Why have one team process bans, and another appeals? This alone is evidence that you’re utterly clueless. Useless, disappointing, and full of ****.

  3. EDIT: This post feels like you’re just saying something for the sakes of something. It’s such a major ‘shrug’ – there’s no outcome to this and you’re just telling people things that they already know whilst delivering it in a buzzword-y and diluted response that means nothing in reality. There would be completely no difference between this post being released, and it not being released. People want actions, and you’ve had long enough now as to take action; they don’t want posts that talk about talking. Literally just borderline jibberish with a terrible flow of writing that makes it pretty much impossible to take anything from in terms of tangible and deliverable goals & actions going ahead.
  4. Why is there a ‘Community’ team when their only real responsibility is to deal with new players? Hosting events here and there does not appropriate for dealing with the community – especially when the Community Team lead doesn’t address the concerns of the majority of the server concerning topics such as war rules. For example on my recent blacklist? Me and 70+ others who agreed that it was BS are still waiting for a response. The role of CT should be to support this and be the medium between Moderators & Players – however all we see is CT pushing players through the outdated application process just to then be slapped about by Moderators. Your responsibility as Communtiy Team doesn’t end the minute they lose their [N] tag, and doesn’t suddenly start again when somebody wants to recite poetry in that Community Cafe ****.

@Archbishopeven if the justification for the punishments was reasonable, which it wasn’t as I watched the entire thing, a player who has played the server for around a month with no previous punishments was given a 2 month long punishment.

His punishment is 2x longer than the amount of time that he has played the server, and he was offered no warnings etc prior. There is no way that this decision can be defended.

Mickaelhz and I’s CBs, while unjust and completely irrational, can at least be explained away. Erilobar’s literally can’t. He has played for a month (+/- a week or two) and was given a two month CB, which at the time he was told it was only going to be a week (or 2 weeks, I forget, but still), for typing an emote that the GM didn’t like. He received no warnings, he received no mercy from the mineman moderator. He was struck down without a care in the world and without the GM giving any mind to the situation or the player he was punishing.

Telanir said that CBs were supposed to be a last resort and an alternative to a ban, but it’s really starting to seem like the GMs see them as band-aids to toss on players who they don’t want to deal with for the next [insert however long their CB is here].

  6. “Roses are red, Joesph is a bender, can’t be arsed with poems lets kill the pretender.” Risky Ralph would scream in laughter at the top of his lungs as he waved his handless stumps around wildly.
  7. Persus I of the House of Helane silently pledges his blade to the true Emperor whilst he remains in hiding – not that he can do anything with it, yet.
  8. Persus would exhale deeply to the news of his childhood rival, otherwise a friend, having passed. Shaking his head, he’d pick up the young woman’s wedding invitation out from the pile that sat upon the desk in his study – moving as to place it aside.
  9. Hey Staff – why did you deny Hot_Dip’s comment on my post? What he wrote out was seemingly tame from what I have been told; but then again, I guess it does make sense for you to block comments that go against you guys when you think that nobody will notice.

The olive branch of good will is still extended and I am waiting to hear back from you guys both on here and on Discord; I can assure you that this issue isn’t going away. Just cooperate with me – trust me, it’s not as bad as what it sounds! ?

  11. “Stop grooming children, you weird c*nts!” Risky Ralph would scream from a rooftop within Helena before releasing a gutteral screach – the roof’s tiles cracking beneath his large weight as he descended, moving to his lair in order to hatch a plan to free the child bride.

Another poor decision. There is no need for charter activity to be that high.

If someone wishes to take the charter over and can provide an alternative build/plan that they wish to use, then fair enough – start warning them for low activity – but why boot people off of land that harms nobody? Also I look forward to seeing CA charters get fucked over as well as Nations. Activity means little whilst people can use alts to boost.

  15. Q: How can you push the buzzword of ‘dynamic RP’ whilst putting a barrier up to block consequence RP for nations (Wars)? Dynamic roleplay is roleplay that progresses. What kind of progression is this scenario: Nation X abuses Nation Z RPly over an extended period of time Nation Z has had enough, and ‘proposes’ to war attack Nation X Nation X says no, and keeps abusing Nation Z through RP If my nation constantly provides what would formerly be CBs, but then does not provide consent to go to war with the other faction, that is completely OOC and not RP - which is that you’re trying to prevent.
  16. I’ve never read such a low-effort response from a GM before in my life. Literally have no clue what you’re even trying to say lol
  17. Why speak to NLs to begin with when I do not think that I can name one that actively PVPs / raids, instead of speaking to the people that do? I can already tell that this is going to create a laughable set of rules that is completely incomparable to what you have described here; then again, seeing that there are going to be no raid ladders, that might be for the best.
  18. THE FIRST WAR CONTRACT OF THE PHOENIX Tensions are high in Arcas once more as war is on the verge of breaking out between the Kingdom of Urguan and the Holy Orenian Empire. In turn, the Phoenix Band offered their services to both sides; offering both a buy-out of 20,000 mina or for them both to bid against each other in an auction esque manner. The Holy Orenian Empire purchased the Phoenix Band and their services through the process of a buyout while the Kingdom of Urguan declined the buyout, and thus the terms for such are detailed below: TERMS OF THE CONTRACT: The Phoenix Band will assist the Holy Orenian Empire for a singular saints week upon the official start of the war ((Warclaim)). The Phoenix Band and the Holy Orenian Empire will enter a military alliance during the period of the contract. PROCESS OF THE CONTRACT: A deposit fee of 10,000 mina (50%) shall be paid upfront to secure the buyout. This contract begins at the official start of the war, once this happens then another 10,000 mina will be paid immediately - completing the buyout agreement. [REDACTED] THE PHOENIX BOWS TO NONE OWYN ALEXANDER RENAI
  19. THE SIXTH CONTRACT OF THE PHOENIX THE DEATH OF ROYALTY The town of Brannby was full of cheers and celebration for the Phoenix Band had embarked on an extremely difficult contract and returned home victorious. For those travelling past the town they would spot several carts of gold being hauled into the castle walls. William Alstion, Lord of Jrent had provided mina and equipment to undergo the contract. The mercenaries of the Phoenix Band had breached the city walls of Curon using subterfuge and disguise to gain an audience with the target, this was unfortunate for him as he would soon meet a timely end at the end of Owyn Alexander’s sword. 20. THE SECOND AND THIRD CONTRACTS OF THE PHOENIX Success begets further success; such was made clear after the company held a notorious raid against the Elves of Vira’ker. With their new-found glory, the phoenices were called to protect the Baronetess of Napoliza, Nikoletta Varoche, as she was summoned to trial within her family’s own palace. No one dared to attack the woman as it seemed they were disinclined to quarrel with the famed ordermen; Vesnian officials even took to departing upon adjourning the trial with haste as to avoid them – fleeing from the prospect of a trial by combat. Later that day, the men traversed the lengthy roads to Helena in order to fulfill a third contract commissioned by the Imperial House of Cascadia. Under their watch, the Springtime Ball held by one Lady Theodosia Tiber went without issue and the revelers returned to their homes all around the Imperium. 21. ”OK.” Owyn would boldly respond as he counted his coin within his hall.
  22. THE FIRST CONTRACT OF THE PHOENIX The smell of salt rung high throughout the air, for the men of the Phoenix were on the shores of Arcas. Staring down at the settlement owned by the Vira’ker, there was little vexation they held for the Dark Elves - for they had some populating their ranks; there was still no remorse to be offered. For a contract is a contract. A lump sum of mina had been provided by the High Elves to dispatch with the proclaimed “Impure” wedding that was being facilitated in the halls of the Vira’ker. With no hesitation the men rushed in to the halls, steel drawn as they overlooked the ongoing procedure, “Deal with them all.” was harked out by their Captain, Owyn. Then a flurry of steel slashed through the air and then the wooden floorboards were stained red from crimson ichor seeping on to it. Owyn placed the leader’s head down upon the altar, his sword severing his neck. The head rolled off his body; the Phoenix band left. A successful contract, the first of many to come. [!] A missive would be released, offering the services of the Phoenix Band throughout Arcas. THE PHOENIX BOWS TO NONE OWYN ALEXANDER RENAI
