  1. In the wilds of the Attenlund, a certain Hunter received a letter directly from the Crown. It was odd, as the peasant did not expect such a letter to ever be sent to him. However it all made much more sense as he read the contents, as the Knights of the Table, and naturally their squires, are sent to investigate the now haunted Barony of Richtenburg. For once in his life, Oleksandr showed a bit of emotion, and a very rare one at that: worry. Worry not for the mission, but for the woman he once, and still calls, the love of his life. The man was old and had neglected his duties as a squire, but this mission was now personal.
  2. Man I still remember when you first joined, and our characters instantly became brothers. You’ve done an amazing job in your time on the server and I’ll miss you dearly rep. Good luck to wherever you go in life brother
  3. Robert Ludovar wonders where all of his mina is going... then proceeds to pour funding into all of his projects
  4. Robert Ludovar raises a brow as he reads a certain part of the missive. He doesn't oppose extra funding, though can't help but feel confused as to why the clinic didn't ask for his aid instead "If vy needed funding, vy could have just asked the Foundation. We do pay vyr salaries after all"
  5. Robert Ludovar drew a heavy sigh, as he knew that he was now the pro tempore Lord Speaker. He never thought the day would come where he needed to preside over the Duma, but he was a dutiful Lord. He would honor the memory of his childhood friend by serving as the presider of the Duma until a worthy successor is chosen by the Crown.
  6. From the Nikirala Prikaz could be heard a teenage prince screaming out at the top of his lungs "REJOICE! REJOICE!" he screamed "YAM NIE LONG THE HEIR, AND MY BABY NIECE IS HEALTHY!" Andrik was overjoyed by the news
  7. A wild and aging hunter, still in his prime though passed his glory years, makes his way back to the city after a long one-year hunting trip across Almaris. It was only when he heard the drunken palace servant's conversation in the Tavern when he found out about the recent news. His fellow squire and Baron of Richtenburg, Yvo Mondblume, has fallen ill in a coma. Oleksandr felt worry and concern, though of course showed none of it in his expressions. The hunter merely sighed, walked out of the tavern, and carved himself a new bow. It was the only way that he could get his mind off of his worst distraction: the newly widowed Princess Petra.
  8. "Almost there! Almost there!" As the cold northern winds blow in the Rimeveld, the unnamed dark-hair-boy, now an aging and bloating man, climbed a large and towering mountain. The Baron took a large huff as he finally reached it's peak and looked further towards the northwest where Elysium used to be. "Wow... beautiful... Vy don't get this kind of view in Haense that's for sure!" The Lord was so high up in the sky that he could see above the clouds- truly a sight that few men get to witness. As he and his travelling companion's make their way down from the peak, he looked up in the dimming sky and noticed a star shoot across the heavens. The man looked in awe, as if the star was trying to tell him something. Finally, after a long day of climbing, the dark-haired-man received odd and solemn glances from his own bannerman... "Odd..." he thought to himself, though he didn't think anything of it at the time. It was only when he reached his warm tent when he received the letter from his loyal bannerman and steward, Erwin Bishop. He scans through the usual paragraphs of updates from his holdings, the health and well-being of family, and whatever the other noble lords ramble in Duma. "Hm? What's this...?" he asked to himself as there was another section in the letter, one that seemed less professional and more personal. As he scanned through the final paragraph that informed him of his best friend's death, Robert's eyes seemed to water. His usual calm and cool-natured demeaner turned into that of a blood-boiling rage and dark depression. "AMICIA!" cried the bold Baron as his tears flowed down his reddening eyes. The Ludovar Bannermen look to his tent in worry, though knew why as all of them were informed earlier that day. "I worry for our Lord" said one of the climbers "Should we have not informed him earlier?" An elder bannerman simply shook his head as he replied "If we'd told him earlier, he would have thrown himself off that peak... He loved her, more than you, or anyone else, could understand"
  9. Robert Ludovar wipes a single tear from his eye as his political pawn daughter has finally come of age, and is now almost ready to marry. He can't wait to one day see his grandchildren @sarahbarah
  10. The Royal Palace could almost be heard weeping as the sad news reached the rest of the Kingdom. What was supposed to be one of is most joyous days turned into what could be one that would scar his memory for life. Never had the Young Prince felt such grief, confusion, and anger. Not at his sister, for she did everything in her power to save their nephew, but at the world. "Why?" he asked, seemingly to Godan "Why must vy punish the innocent? A new life... taken too soon..." No longer would he hope for any kind of gender. No longer would he be selfish in his stance as heir-apparent. The only thing Andrik thought about was what any good uncle would think about - the health of his brothers children.
  11. In the realms of the seventh skies, there lies an old knight who finished his journey some time ago. He was reunited with his granddaughter, grandfather, mother, and all those who he considered friend and kin. The old knight looks to the gates of the seven, and recognizes two familiar faces. It was his two cousins, Juliyus whom he had never had a real relationship with, and Viktor, the man who had disowned him, re-owned him, and the man he had sacrificed his life for. It was at this moment that The Red Bull smiled. He welcomed his kin with opened arms, and had forgiveness in his heart for Viktor. "Welcome home you two. It took you long enough"
  12. Andrik drew a long sigh as he knew that day was about to get very busy and chaotic, just like everything in the twin Prince's life. The harsh reality was that he was no longer going to be a boy, but a man in the eyes of Haense. "Responsibility... What a drag..."
  13. A teenage boy can be heard cheering and rejoicing in the hallways of the Prikaz, running around in an odd fashion. It was Prinzen Andrik Nikolas, Duke of Akovia, and now NO LONGER heir-apparent for long! "REJOICE! REJOICE! MY BORSA AND THAT DUMB BROAD IS WITH CHILD!!!!!" he screamed out joyfully throughout the Prikaz
  14. A BID FOR HANDLER 392 ES | 1839 FA [!] Lord Robert Ludovar, Baron of Otistadt, aged 36 VA BIRODEO HERZENAV AG EDLERVIK, I announced today, officially, that I have run for the position of Lord Handler of His Majesties Royal Duma. While I hold respect for Vikomit Amador’s position and experience in the Royal Duma, I believe that I am the most qualified candidate for the position. While Vikomit Amador has more experience in the legislature than I do, I believe I hold more experience in leadership. The position of Lord Handler is much more than a ceremonial or advisory role, as they also serve as the de facto Speaker in times of the incumbent speaker's absence or inability to serve as moderator of the Royal Duma. I have served in our beloved Brotherhood long before it’s third inception, and I have always served as a leader in our military ever since I was just a cadet. Not only that, but I have served as the Chief Royal Detective for nearly two decades. My experience in leadership in both government and nobility has lead me to acquire the following essential qualities that all Lord Handlers should have: I. Intuition - It is no surprise to any that I have been the most outspoken and ambitious lower noble in recent history. Despite these bills either failing Royal assent or majority vote, they have always been heavily debated topics of which I have created with the aid of others by my side. My intuition and ambition in the Royal Duma has not been met without support, and it is clear that others share my views. II. Confidence - Any competent commander requires a large amount of confidence to lead men. Afterall, a commander not confident in himself cannot expect confidence from his men following him into battle. I have led many men into charges, retreats, or even to victory. In debates, I have held my own ground and I have never faltered on views that I believe to be right and fair. III. Discipline - A good soldier can fight, a great soldier can fight while following orders. Not once have I ever been uncordial or unprofessional in any debate in the Royal Duma if it was not targeted to myself. Even still, the words of men who wish to test my patience fall deaf on me, as I know my own worth. I was taught in the Brotherhood that sometimes silence speaks a thousand words, and I have held my tongue and actions in the Royal Duma. Not once have I ever been thrown out or warned. IV. Knowledge of Law - As any good noble and soldier would, I have extensive knowledge of our Royal Law Codex. I am one of the very few who graduated from the Royal Academy with a law degree, just at the age of fourteen. Ever since I was a young man, I have always studied the law and have seen it’s imperfections. V. Fairness - My critiques have always been fair with as little bias as possible. I have never been opposed to compromise, which is something that any good Speaker, let alone Handler, should have. A reserved and impartial Lord Handler is a fair lord handler. As the vote continues on to the next session, the current tally is tied between myself and Vikomit Amador. Two more votes decide the verdict of the first six-year-term Lord Handler, and now I pass the judgement off to my two colleagues, The Right Honorable, Jan Otto Kortrevich, Komit i Jerovitz, and The Honorable, Raden Decaden, Royal Alderman. May Godani have you choose wisely. Signed, His Lordship, Robert Aleksandr Ludovar, Baron of Otistadt, Lord of Kazstadt
  15. [!] A letter bearing the seal of House Ludovar is sent to the Office of The Lord Speaker via fat courier and is addressed to His Excellency, Ruslan Baruch. "To His Excellency, Herzan Ruslan Baruch, Lord Speaker of Hanseti-Ruska, After careful deliberation with my advisors and elder council, I, Robert Aleksandr Ludovar, Baron of Otistadt, and Lord of Kazstadt, hereby nominate myself to serve as the Lord Handler of the Royal Duma and to His Excellency, The Lord Speaker." Signed, His Lordship, Robert Aleksandr Ludovar, Baron of Otistadt and Lord of Kazstadt
  16. Andrik ran around the residential palace, screaming at the top of his lungs shouting "IT'S HAPPENING! IT'S HAPPENING!!!" suddenly the prospect of becoming King and having dreaded responsibility was become less and less likely!
  17. Robert Ludovar smiled at the missive, for it exposed the truth behind the dreaded Silver State and those who still call their loyalty to Haelun'or. He knew that soon was the time to take proper action to take on those who wished to take refuge from the Sour State of Haelun'or. "May Godani have mercy on their souls, for they will receive proper justice in life and afterlife." Robert looked to his butler and simply said "Call the Banners"
  18. Robert Ludovar looked south of his keep, knowing that the threat over that direction has been halted by the mighty Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska. However, he then looked to the East, and knew that peacetime had not fully arrived yet. "One down, one more to go"

Signed, The Honorable, Robert Aleksandr Ludovar, Viscount of Seswesk, Lord of Kazstadt, Protector of Otistadt
  20. Robert Ludovar smiled widely as he witnessed the happy the proposal and was glad to be a part of the preparation for it. This made him miss his wife even more, prompting him to take a break from his duties to spend some quality time with her. Oleksandr Zelinski made his way to the Hunters Inn after a long day of hunting in the wild marshes of the Attenlund. This particular day was extremely stressful for Oleksandr as his bowstring had snapped on the draw, which he saw as a bad omen. The inn was particularly packed today and everyone seemed to be celebrating something. A man stood on top of his table, raising a mug of carrion as he shouted "Three cheers for the newly-engaged couple! To Prinzenas Petra and Lord Mondblume!" "... Hip! Hip! Huzzah!" They cheered, and Oleksandr couldn't believe his ears. He had seen this day coming, and event dreaded it. His hands balled up in a fists of rage and confusion, and the bottle that contained his emotions had lost its cork. "... Hip! Hip! Huzzah!" Oleksandr continued to lose all senses that he gained all of the years. No one in the Inn seemed to notice, as they were too occupied with cheering the happy couple. Tears started to form in his eyes as he re-lived the heartbreak he suffered when he was younger. Tears of sadness, confusion, and most of all... rage. "Hip! Hip..." "Huzzah" Oleksandr finished with the others, though he was not celebrating, nor was he mourning a loss. No, he was merely angry, and all he knew was that there was a singular person to blame. Him
  21. The heir-apparent to House Ludovar, Robert, sends in his vote in the name of his aging father Kazimar. The small note simply says : "Ludovar votes Yvo Mondblume"
  22. Lord Robert Ludovar, Co-Founder of the Ludovar Foundation, smiled proudly at the progress the Clinic is going through. As the Clinic's primary beneficiary, he couldn't wait to see what was next for the revitalized institution.
  23. THE LUDOVAR INITIATIVE On this 5th of Tov and Yermiy, 386 E.S. | 5th of Suns Smile, 1833 VA BIRODEO HERZENAV E EDLERVIK, Just last saints day our glorious and just Koeng, His Royal Majesty Heinrik II, officially and rightfully declared war on the Silver State of Haelun’or. The High Elves of Haelun’or have failed to find a peaceful resolution, even after our government gave fair terms to pay for their crimes against our glorious and canonist Kongzem. For centuries, House Ludovar has stood with our Barbanov kin through thick and thin, for without them we would be nothing. Therefore, under the responsibilities and powers vested in me as the heir to The Honorable Kazimar Heiromar Ludovar, Viscount of Seswesk, I, Lord Robert Aleksandr Ludovar, Baron of Otistadt, do declare the following: I. That the noble House of Ludovar, and it’s pedigree, swears their undying loyalty to His Royal Majesty, Heinrik II, Koeng of Hanseti-Ruska and to his heirs that succeed him afterwards. II. That the noble House of Ludovar, sponsored by the Ludovar Foundation and The Royal Ludovar Company, provide a considerable sum of raw and processed materials to both the Aulic Government and the Brotherhood of St. Karl respectively, for their future projects and the greater war effort III. That the following shall be distributed to the Brotherhood of St. Karl from the noble House of Ludovar: 1152 bars of ferrum ingots (or eighteen units) 1728 lumps of coal (or twenty-seven units) 576 arrows (or nine large quivers) IV. That the following shall be distributed to the Aulic Government and Crown of Hanseti-Ruska from the noble House of Ludovar: 2880 crates of terracotta (or forty-five units) 2880 bags of gravel (or forty-five units) 1728 crates of stone (or twenty-seven units) 1152 logs of spruce wood (or eighteen units) 1152 logs of dark oak wood (or eighteen units) 576 logs of oak wood (or nine units) V. That the House of Ludovar supports the Crown of Hanseti-Ruska in military, economic, and political ventures. With the generous acceptance of the Ludovar Foundation from both the Crown and Church, we could not, in good conscience, stand idle whilst the Crown ordered a call for all banners to raise their arms and efforts to war. House Ludovar shall continue to serve and be faithful to the Crown of Hanseti-Ruska. Now I offer a question to all noble houses and their peers: Will you do your part? Signed, His Lordship, Robert Aleksandr Ludovar, Baron of Otistadt, Chief Royal Detective. His Lordship, Aleksey Luka Ludovar, Palatial Ward, Royal Detective.
  24. Robert stood in his family keep of Kazstadt, looking out into the distance where he could see the city of Karosgrad. There was a slight calm in the air before he heard a knock on the balcony door. The young baron, still in the prime of his life, asked his servant to come in. Despite seeing the clear signs, Robert could not believe his ears nonetheless. He drew a long sigh and said nothing back to his servant as he went to put on his armor. “Rally the Guard” he finally said “We’re going to war”
