shiftnative 3103 Rep Farm Share Posted September 7, 2014 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fuxj-gikteQ&list=PLUp5Vd5ffeJ8-BA_cYdgLgqvKgYuTdVmJ LoTC has always meant the same thing to me,A place where people from all walks of life may come together through story and theater & learn about themselves, their characters and each-other in a setting that is familiar yet enchanting. It's vital that we all remember to provide the best experience possible for one another and do whatever it takes to ensure that. We are all writing one story, each telling one tale. Honor eachother and embrace every individual for what they are, a person and a friend. For a newcomer LoTC should be wonderfully inviting, easily understood and hold an infinite bounty of opportunities and engagements. Do whatever you can to ensure this and fight to make it so, for the better. When I left my position in December 2012 the title of Lead Developer was not passed on, It was very considerate of the admins to reserve this title and allow me to return to it in 2013.This time however, I have too many other commitments. The torch will be passed onto another and for the first time LoTC will have a Lead Developer who is not plucked from the original 5 creators of Lord of The Craft. A passionate, eager and warm individual will most certainly take my place and I do think it is a very positive thing for Lord of The Craft to have a bright new face to stand behind. Please remember the types of etiquette and cooperation I have tried so desperately to instill and that this game is as good as you allow it to be. No Plugins, Rules or Events can make a larger impact than being personable and compassionate to those whom you meet along the way. I will spend my time roleplaying, hopefully making videos and continuing to try and preserve these ideals as a player. Thank you to everyone who has shown me a lot of love during my time as Lead Developer and believing in what I have to say. I've learned A LOT from Lord of The Craft and I think I have become a better person because of it. Much love from, The Pathmaker.

Peter Chivay 2494 Share Posted September 7, 2014 Damn Shift, sad to see you go- though I fully understand why. Everytime you've help me with something or spoke to me about an issue you always handled it with utmost professionalism and kept a level head. You are one of the few staff I can say I have respect for. Best of luck with the future.

Ever 2648 Share Posted September 7, 2014 Sad to see you go but I'm thankful for all that you did. Who knows what the server would look like or if it would even exist if you never came along. Thanks for all that you did and for helping to create so many strong friendships and relationships. Good luck in wherever your path takes you!
