  1. Today
  2. A tall High Elf in her armor walks down a path, for she was young, and yet understood the opening of the heavens and the falling of a star into sapphire hues, a Vessel, stolen. Despite this sadness of knowing, she never found reason to look down anymore. Being near rock bottom once before, nearly consumed by the darkness and stolen from the warmth of the light. She stops to look up to the sky, a somber expression in her sapphire blue eyes, "I wish I got the chance to meet you, whoever you were." She closes her eyes, "I can not believe this is what it took for me to finally act and accept this calling deep in my heart and soul. Perhaps not to redeem myself, as what is redemption but acts of virtue from one point onward?" Her eyes open once more, still looking to the sky, "Whatever you have done, it will not be in vain. We will halt ruin, for this I believe." She looks forward, and continues to walk. Heading into the wilderness to seek the beginnings of the trials for Ordainment. "May you find rest and rest well, Bringer of Virtue..."
  3. Foul Tarnished Zahkrii lit a candle within the temple of Tor'praeth in the name of the Knight of the Lake. Whether this was sin or sacrilege he would bear it willingly. A mantle to carry for a fallen foe who had perished at the hands of kin and ilk. Surrounded and encroached upon. Yet never subdued in the path he he chose. So was the face and tale of Albéric cemented within the punished dragon's mind. "A dream of victory turned harrowing nightmare, for he will haunt our nights forevermore."
  4. All night, it was quiet in their little hole in the wall. All nights were mostly, but this night was, and for the first in the decade past his supposed expiration, the one-eyed Southeron gnawed at a cigar’s end. Gruff, smoke-laden rasps rattle the solemnity, “war ready,” he told those who brood with him. “I’m ready to see them bleed.”
  5. The Mourn of a Cerusil A hallowed gaze would befall the passage left unto her withered door... Tempest breeze passed through the very scape of the stricken Cerusil's abode through any crevice it might find... Thus, setting the somber stage that was to unfold whenst the former Mordu'lar would come to face the travesty that steadied in weight within the limp paper that resided in the scape of her grasp. As her gaze would come to travel the page, Senna's eyes would subtly tremble just as it had for the numerous letters that had come before it, entailing a similar fate that had befell an insurmountable sum of her cherished talonnii. Be it her sibling, cousin, or her own child, no soul would seemingly be spared of this heinous treachery... Hues of purple then forth would trickle from the flickering Cerusil's stare with a revolving cloudlike haze soon to follow that's tinge reflected the flickered embellishment of her gaze... Its existence sought suffocate the humble dormitory from where the Cerusil remained, similarly to the pained agony that ensued upon her very being.. When shall the death cease towards those she holds dear? Do the stars truly spite her? What God might truly relish in this undeserving damnation she couldn't help but fathom in question... And just as she had the former... The missive would be lit ablaze... Only ashes would remain upon her silent departure... A word not dared to be spoken in the trail of her midst
  6. The former Ibarellan Royarch would humbly spare a kindred smile upon the notice of this declaration, may the future continue in prosperity she'd ever so pray
  7. Celius Cerusil cries hard for several nights
  8. She awoke to a sharp pain through out her body. She couldn't remember anything not even her own name. Opening her eye's took effort, but when she did and the blurriness went away she could tell she was in a forest of some kind. She pushed herself up to take note of the extra pair of arms she now sprouted, she feels like she's supposed to be a human but she doesn't know if that's true or not. Getting up was more work than it needed to be, she took note that it was day, and decided to walk in the opposite way the sun was going. She walked what felt like months but was just a few hours, seeing all kinds of animals, one being a Merlin Falcon which she decided to name herself after, before long she soon found civilization, and this is where her journey begins.
  9. Irelia Py'lrie sat with heavy grief as the news reached the Py'lrie Estate regarding the sudden tragic death of Aleran.. Irelia saw Aleran as a son of her own, as with many who come into her life in seek of wisdom. She cared for Aleran like she would with any of her own children.. the news filled the elderly woman with remorse and sorrowfulness. "May the stars give you a peaceful and well deserved rest.. my dearest Aleran"
  10. A young 'thill and poet was out and about tending to business. He had been busy, keeping to himself, and attempting to find inspiration within the muted and dismal realms. Though the news of that lliran of his, though distant, still impacts him all the same. Though he had changed much since his youth, a look of remorse still filled that weary visage of Len'ii Acal'turii "Rest well, my friend"
  11. "Azdrazi and Paladins are two sides of the same weird GODless coin." Brother Ninnias states wisely "Paladins also eat newborns"
  12. Irelia Py'lire skimmed the missive with sorrow-filled eyes upon the announcement of the Cerusil and Py'lrie offical divorce. The elder was at a loss of words of the news that riddled the woman with heartbreak. However, she understood each reason that arised from both Aleran and Nefeli...
  13. The Death of Aleran Cerusil “While he did not prosper for very long upon our shores, he certainly shall be missed..” ✵ Published the 13th of the First Seed, Year 179 of the Second Age. Coming to the lands of Celia’nor only shortly after the death of his dear niece, Aleran managed to capture the heart of Nefeli Py’lrie after many nights of chatter as lliran and a bounty of alcohol was shared. While he may not have been the most charming or eloquent of the Cerusils, he was indeed the most noble and kind hearted of any, only thinking of others rather than himself. Shortly after the divorce between him and his wife occured, the man had disappeared into the night only for his bloodied corpse to be found strewn about the wheat fields outside the Starlight Cities’ walls.. Unlike his relatives, the cause of his death was a mystery, and it will remain that way until the end of times. There shall be no funeral for Aleran, only for his body to be burnt to ashes and scattered within the sea as requested in his will. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [OOC:] I’d like to take the time to extend my appreciation towards Celia’nor as a whole for not only being a large part of my life for the past few years but also to those who I’ve grown close with over that time (also do not roast me for the shitty pk post this time around). While there have been good times and some bad, Celia’nor and all who are a part of it shall have a special place within my heart. While I’d like to thank each and every one of you personally, we’d be here for ages and I’d like to end my time here on a short but sweet note as I close off this chapter of my lotc experience. To @VoxyNoir, the man himself who brought me to this place when it was first founded. You have been one of, if not my closest friend over the years even before I had joined lotc. I can never thank you enough for the fun experiences you have given me through the Cerusil family, though I’m afraid my days of Cerusil hopping are over. To @unlegiqDuck, while you’re still annoying as hell, I do consider you one of my friends and thank you for always making me feel smarter just by proxy of being around you. To @XoxoMinnieXoxo, you have been by far my favorite of ic in-laws I’ve ever had and thank you for allowing me to be part of your mineman family even if it was only for a few short weeks. I’ve always loved rping with you and will continue to love rping with you on other characters. To @hopey, thank you for allowing me to be part of all the monumental character arcs Nefeli has had over the past few months. Although I haven’t known you for nearly as long as I’ve known the others, you’ve become a dear friend to me in the time I’ve known you and will continue to cherish you as your time with my Cerusils comes to an end. To @Sailor, thank you for not beating the literal hell out of me when Sylvia had died only two weeks before you got back from basic training, and you will always be my favorite (and only) elven mother. To @Moping, **** you u canadian (with love). And to the rest of the Celia’nor community, while I may not have met or known you well, I will always appreciate you for helping to make this nation thrive and prosper. Until we meet again!
  14. Elianos peered over the missive, nodding his head along with Santana. "She and her family like boats," he commented idly, "but stars too, I suppose." ... "I refuse to buy another ship for someone."
  15. ✵ Published the 12th of the First Seed, Year 179 of the Second Age. Let it be known throughout the realm of Celia'nor and to all who dwell within its borders that by the decree of Aleran Cerusil, the ties of marriage between himself and Nefeli Py'lrie are hereby severed. While not a decision taken lightly by either party, it was proclaimed by the Cerusil that, of his own volition, this separation is enacted, absolving both parties from the bonds of wedlock. Let no soul question nor challenge this decision, for it is made with clear intent and without undue influence. May both Aleran Cerusil and Nefeli Py'lrie find solace and freedom in the paths they now tread apart. ✵ AY’PUERAN Her Ladyship, Nefeli Py'lrie, Laurir of the Court of Stars, Member of the Py'lrie Talonnii; The Starlight Ambassador of the Principality of Celia'nor, His Lordship, Aleran Cerusil, Member of the Cerusil Talonnii; Esteemed blacksmith of the Principality of Celia'nor,
  16. Dame Leoni of Acalonn, Devil-Knight and Orphan of the Sunlit Lord, watched the skies crash, rumble and turn a multitude of colors with great shame. "I'm sorry... I couldn't save you, llir. I have no more love and reverence for the Lord you and my mother serve, but I hope you tell haelun that I miss her."
  17. Rowena smiled as she received the personal invitation. She turned to her little sister, reaching out to ruffle her curly hair. "Lia, how would you like to go to a party? I'll even give you one of my dresses!" @mothsthetic
  18. Norido would exclaim excitedly "Ayyyy I like what I'm seeing! Ave Xion! Long live Xion! I'd also like to give a nod to the extremely supreme Castien, they're great too!"
  19. You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” i have came to this land to accompany my lads on their journey and make a name for myself and clear the bad reputation of the orcs by becoming a powerful adventuruer while helping others along the way on their quest
  20. "Beg the crop to grow, you scoundrel runts! Festering upon your pretender Lord... What a joke are these blind beggers trying to pull here?" "And defiantly NO" Said Azlihessan cackling at the missive
  21. Santana allowed a sly grin to grace her features. "Look, Eli, they're having their party," she'd murmur towards her companion @Lirinya, offering the missive out for him to see. "What kind of gifts should we get them?
