Skair stands on a stool as she grooms her new filly, the shining black pony’s tiny tail wiggling as it tries to shoo away imaginary flies in practice for being older.  A bird flys down and releases a note before returning towards its nest.  Skair turns to it and picks up the note quietly, her head tilted in curiosity as she opens it only to find out she is the new Jarl of Barbek.

 

Quickly Skair jumps into action, leading the filly into the stables and saddling up her donkeys Sky and Rhia.  She packs up her saddlebags and leads out the two donkeys, heading towards Barbek, to start and fix up houses.  She sends out birds to a dwarf and a few humans and elves she knew to build a few new houses.  She quickly got people to live in a few houses, and even to run the store and tavern.

 

Skair then began to write down information on a boards stating information about Barbek.

 

Farmers

 

These people, get housing for 1 chest a week, depending on the size of your house you will be required to provide different foods.

Small houses are potatos

Medium are bread

Large are meat products.

Each farmer can keep the access however they are in charge of keeping the farms cultivated, the animals happy, and to keep an eye out if they see anyone around the farms that shouldn’t be there.  If they do they are to directly report to the guards.

 

Woodcutters

 

A chest full of wood is to be supplied for a house, oak is prefered.  This is to be payed once a week for a house.  

 

Guards

 

Inquire to Skair directly if you wish to become a guard.

 

Civilians

 

Small houses are 50 mina each, these include one room yurts.  Medium houses are 75 mina week.  A  large house is 100 mina a week.
