Edict of Alteration and Affirmation

 

Affirmation of House Blackwell.

 

I. The house of Blackwell is hereby granted nobility within the boundaries of the Kingdom of Oren.

II. The House of Blackwell is hereby granted the Barony of Ager, for it to be governed by the rightful head of House Blackwell, George Blackwell.

III. George Blackwell is hereby named the Baron of Ager, as is his right as Lord of House Blackwell.

IV. House Blackwell swear themselves loyal to the Kingdom of Oren and House Carrion, the punishment of breaking such oath be death.

 

Adjustments to current nobility.

 

I. The Barony of Schattenburg is hereby elevated to the County of Schattenburg.

II. The House of Stafyr is hereby granted the County of Schattenburg, for it to be governed by the rightful head of House Stafyr, Farley II. Stafyr.

III. Lord Farley II. Stafyr is hereby named Count of Schattenburg, as is his right as Lord of House Stafyr.

IV. The House of Horen is hereby granted the County of Furnestock, for it to be governed by the rightful head of House Horen, William Horen.

V. Lord William Horen is hereby named Count of Furnestock, as is his right as Lord of House Horen.

VI. The House of Varodyr hereby forfeits all their landholdings and titles to the royal crown of Oren and House Carrion.

 

Adjustments to the royal Privy Council.

 

I. The vacant position of Lord Chancellor of Oren is hereby granted to Lord William Horen.

II. The vacant position of Lord Privy Seal of Oren is hereby granted to Lord Farley II. Stafyr.

 

The homecoming of the Streltski.

 

I. The Strelts of Raevir are hereby requested to return to the March of Raev.

II. All former Strelts are hereby granted their old homes in Raev.

A man with slightly graying hair, Darek York, old Count of Ager under the Horens, reads the edict. Upon coming across the word Ager, he drops the paper and shakes his head.

Nero Horen blinks as he reads this, he looks to a William Horen who grinned like a fool as he also read it, both of them shared a cup of tea as it happened, Nero went to set the saucer down "Really now?"
