((It's a small fort/farm, run by the Beardic Cult, a group of peaceful jesters/festival throwers. We plan on using it for parties and stuff. While there are dwarves there, such as myself, we promise not to fight as long as you leave us alone. Hell, we suck at PVP anyways.))

As of now, we've been informed that a temporary region will not be permitted.  If this is so, it is likely the warclaim will be voided by I, xSPULLERx.  Sorry.  However for now, we will continue to see what the final decision will be.
