4.0 Elf Question

So 4.0 I noticed the High Elves get their little city spot back and everything. However, my question is, Why? If elves are going to stay segregated as they are now between the conclave (high elves mostly) New Malinor, Linelle, and Darkhaven, what is with the high elves getting their own place.

 

Now I understand we arent ALL nations, and to me a nation is only the 4 main races, Elves, Humans, Orcs, Dwarves.

 

 

So, my question is, what "Nations" are pre-building in 4.0, and if "High Elves" are concidered their own nation, can DarkHaven have its own builders?

The high-elves have decided they won't be using the area any longer, the reason they were given an area in the first place is because of how well they developed their lore and how long they've been around - we'll probably just leave the area open for a group to claim if they have the required amount of active players !

 

The pre-build currently consists of, Halflings, Orcs, Dwarves, Elves & Humans. (Elves & Humans haven't started just yet.)

I'm curious also why the Humans were 'forced' together, while the Elves were left separate?

The Humans want to, or at least wanted to a while back, get more centralised and less split up.

The idea of the Conclave being made of mainly High elves isn't correct; I'd also like to point out that the Conclave is aiming to unite the Elven Towns under one working Government. Currently, Lenniel, and Darkhavens leaders are willing to take part in the Conclave.

no, it has no hostility towards high elves. My friends usually play high elves, just observation that high elves have to be seperate from others but when others try it and succeed, we are thrown back in with the others. if anything i wish i could get the ability to pull away from the other elves with the clans

Original plans for 4.0 Darkhaven are for caverns to be formed beneath the elven pre-determined area. Dark Elves will live beneath the Elven main city.

you don't see dark elves or wood elves getting any pre-built cities or towns, m8.
