*The poster reads*

"To all of Anthos,

It is time we unite against the true enemy, the Northerners themselves, also known as the Black Scourge. They have plagued our realm for far too long, setting upon us pain and corruption throughout our days here. Slowly, they have been taking away our land, our cities, our homes, and our loved ones. Each of us try to fight alone, but we are no match against them and their powerful magic. The only option we have left in order to defeat them is if we unite together and stop the bloodshed of one another, of our fellow neighbors, our friends, and our kin. What is the point of fighting between the dwarves and humans? What is the point in having a rebellion? What is the point in any war if in the end we will just lose it all to the Northern Scourge?

For too long we have delayed the war with the North. It is time for us to face our fears and to get back on track and remove them from this realm. Put aside your differences with one another, and unite against those who have the power to destroy us all!

If you require a guild to be within, to help fight against this plague of demons, then consider joining up with the following who have easily proven themselves worthy of mention...

-United Anthos Coalition, united nations to fight off the scourge
-The Order of Saint Lucien, a holy human order of the Creator
-The Legion, the dwarven main military
-Ildacian Order, Adunia's main military
-The Scion, a group that fights against the northern scum
-(Blank spots remain to add those who are deemed worthy of fighting the Scourge.)

-
-Or perhaps join up with us, the Sentinels of Equilibrium. If you are interested in learning more, talk to Mediator Faiz Kharadeen or Exalted Speaker Aret.

We will create a world of clarity and balance soon enough, of happiness and peace. The days of oppression will be long gone once we have finished.

Stand united, and may peace be with you all.

*Upon the side of this poster hangs a smaller poster, reading..*

Prepare yourselves for an invasion against the scourge! The days of their corruption slowly spreading throughout our lands will soon cease! We ask of all able-bodied men and women to help us in this battle, show the northerners we are not to be reckoned with, that this is our land not theirs!

*A date is written here*

(February 2nd, time to be announced)

Letters

Letters are sent directly to each leader listed, being personally delivered by a Sentinel. Each letter is sealed securely.
(These are not to be meta-gamed. Those mentioned are the ones that receive the letters, the leaders may choose whether or not to share them upon others.)

To King Heinrik Carrion I,

Greetings from the Sentinels of Equilibrium,
I believe it is time to bring Oren back to true glory, show the rest of the world that Humans do not just fight for greed and power. Bring your vast and powerful army back to the fronts of the scourge before they eliminate the greatness that we know as Oren. Put aside your conquest against Urguan, they are not the true enemy. The scourge have manipulated you into thinking that they side with the dwarves, it is all just a distraction for them to continue with their plans of spreading corruption. Look upon the old Cloud temple, its plague continues to grow. Do not forget the days of how the scourge have destroyed much of Abresi, bringing the humans much pain and suffering. Avenge those that have lost their lives fighting for the glory of Oren by helping in removing the filthy northern demons.
-Exalted Speaker Aret

To Grand King Indago Stormhammer and the Legion,

Greetings from the Sentinels of Equilibrium,
Once again I speak to you to take up your axe against the proper foe. As I understand it, you have a thriving Navy, the greatest in Anthos. Even the recent attacks on your docks at Vaer’Haven in which you beat back the Humans could not touch your naval might. Use this Navy, as it is not being used against the Humans. Sail around the western point of Anthos and engage the Hive. Your cannons should be more than sufficient to cause significant damage to the Hive. In the meantime, I can prepare the land for a land bombardment if necessary.
This is a chance to severely damage the Hive. I can only hope that you are ready for it.
-Exalted Speaker Aret

To Justicair Kalameet,

Your rebellion has proven itself, you have been chosen to lead the elves into a new era of peace. Help ensure that peace by aiding in the fight against the scourge. They have brought many years of pain upon the elves, do not forget all of the attacks upon old Malinor. Show the demons that elves are not to be reckoned with, bring upon them the pain that they have brought upon you all.
-Exalted Speaker Aret

To Jack Rovin and The Holy Order of Saint Lucien,

Greetings from the Sentinels of Equilibrium,
I was extremely impressed by your willpower and determination. You have done well. The Order of Saint Lucien will bring greatness to the kingdom of Oren. We suggest assisting the Adunian Rangers in invading the North. I am sure you can come to an agreement upon who owns the land I know you will conquer. If you cannot, simply speak to Faiz. He has a strong heart and mind. Your Order is powered by the Creator, and I have no doubt he will assist you in your quest.
-Exalted Speaker Aret

To Jarl Kayrin Elendil and Jarl Lachlan Mor Elendil,

Greetings from the Sentinels of Equilibrium,
I was extremely relieved to see your men assist in our defense. I always had faith in Adunans and their will, and I hope it will not fail now. Adunia will soon regrow and become the most thriving city within this realm once the rest of the world realizes the might of the Rangers. This time, I'd suggest assisting the Order of Saint Lucian in invading the North. I am sure you can come to an agreement upon who owns the land I know you will conquer. If you cannot, simply speak to Faiz. He has a strong heart and mind.
-Exalted Speaker Aret

To Malog'Ugluk and the United Anthos Coalition,

Greetings from the Sentinels of Equilibrium,
We have recently endured and pushed back an attack upon our lands bordering the Hive, where the old Cloud Temple is stationed. Now, as the Sentinels have prime positioning to coordinate attacks and see their outcome. We are coordinating attacks around Anthos, and urge you to take back and stop the corruption spreading from the Hive towards the new Cloud Temple. If our attack upon the Hive succeeds, you should have an easy time pushing the corruption back.
Your exploits taking back Malinor and Lenfarthing were extremely impressive. You are one of the greatest hopes for Anthos, and your legends will live on long after this war is over.
Above all the rest, I can assuredly trust you will do the right thing.
-Exalted Speaker Aret

To Sheriff Rick,

Greetings from the Sentinels of Equilibrium,
The halflings have endured much due to the northerners, they have no remorse in the killing of the peaceful and innocent, it is unfair of what has happened in Lenfarthing. The halflings choose to never fight, due to their so called "fear" and not having strength. This is false, the halflings are very powerful and smart indeed. You all have the power to create powerful forts and walls of pumpkins, being nearly indestructible, and let us not forget the might of your shovels! Use your strengths and help fight against the scourge, show the world to never reckon with the halflings.
-Exalted Speaker Aret

A simple note is returned, as always.

"So, I might or might not get a letter. But he is basically saying what I keep on saying. Focus on the darkness lingering in our backs. For slights and slights, our goal is to banish it from Anthos once and for all, not to butcher eachother until the darkness can consume and corrupt us because of our weakened bodies."

Silus grunts once, focusing on attempting to connect to the void.

Aret simply shakes his head, expecting as much from the Oren King. "As long as they are focusing upon the Northerners, I do not care much for their opinions upon the other Descendants..." he muses to himself.

Silus grunts once, focusing on attempting to connect to the void.

Aret would wholeheartedly agree with Silus if he was able to hear him.

Gwaenal gives a grand snort, wondering why Lenniel never got one.

Aret would have sent Leanniel a letter had he known who Lenniel's current ruler was.

Farmer Billy Bob gives his regards.

Aret hands Billy Bob a Golden Shovel of Holiness and tells Billy. "Go have some fun."

Jarl Kayrin Elendil studies the note carefully and nods, a small crooked smile on his face. He moves to the scribe room, removing a cloth wrapping from his bag. He sets it on a table, unfolding an ink pot, quill, and parchment from his satchels quickly scripts out a response on the parchment.

"The Adunians will always support the cause against the Scourge. No matter the enemies we face Adunians all agree that this war must be fought and won before our own minor squabbles. While Adunia remains under the dwarves, and also remains in a status of being rebuilt from the inside, we will do all we can to further the cause against the Scourge. We will be glad to assist any and all who take up the fight."

A mysterious man keeps writing on the posters in Schattenburg. "Dwarves are evil, halflings are heretics."

One particularly angry, grey'd ginger hair'd Adunian, far taller than most men and women of the towns he trails through ever could think possible,  leaves a simple alteration to every poster he finds.

Adunian Rangers is scribbled out, replaced with the words "Ildacian Order" in incredibly precise, jagged script.

Fumble hops up, reads the note as his father takes it out of Rick's mailbox and snickers, knowing that the only way to defeat an enemy so dark is either by dance off or hugs.

Sheriff Rick doesn't have a mail-box and you can ignore the rather inane posts made by the fools above... He does however, receive a letter, which he enjoys with a smoke in his office. He dots a quill with ink and begins to compose a response.

"Dear  Sentinels of the Equilibrium,

It has come to my attention many times of the Foe of the North. Indeed, I even believed them to be nothing more than a far off problem, until they usurped our great lands of the Farthings... The Halflings are, however, a very sturdy race, and we take pride in the fact that where ever we live shall be our home. I suppose I will not waste anymore ink on our own troubles, since you will most likely be preparing for a struggle I shall not be joining. I believe it best that the citizens of the Summerset Shire not be forced into fighting a war that we are already scared, and yes, healing from. That being said, it would be of our own demise to simply ignore a call for help (I can almost imagine my old friends from my youth, angrily berating me as I write!) and so I will say, any who need aid, a place to sleep or supplies, are welcome to the Shire. We have a surplus of iron that we only use for buckets and shears. Hopefully you understand why we cannot take up arms!

"The Sentinels again thank the Adunians for assisting in the defence of our land, and are extremely appreciative of the support given. If there is anything you require, either material or political, do not hesitate to contact us. I am sure Faiz will be more than happy to help you in any way necessary."

Aret smiles and sends a letter back.

"The Sentinels understand your plight, and will not pester you any further to join the war. Any assistance whatsoever in fighting the Scourge, either directly or indirectly is appreciated, and the Sentinels graciously receive the gifts so generously given. If the Halflings ever need support or defence, the Sentinels are prepared to do what is necessary to defend your lives. Carry on, Halflings, as your survival instinct is far greater than many of us. That is all I can ask from such a hardy people."
