Why do you want to play a Ghoul:

I've gotten board with my current rp style as it feels quite limited. I think the idea of Ghouls is quite well thought out and it sounds like it fits into the general theme of LOTC. I find general bandit rp to become somewhat repetitive, but a hoard of Ghouls is... Something special. I also think it just sounds like fun, or I wouldn't be applying for it.

When Lenfarthing fell many of the dead were left to rot, there was no space aboard the Prancing Petyr for corpses or sentiment. This particular Halfling's body was cast into the river running through the Witch Woods. For years the body sat there, tangled amongst the kelp forests till something awoke inside it. Next to nothing remained of the happy farmer that once lived within, now it was an emotion, an urge that used the body. The urge to feed.

The only things Madpen (Or Maddy) would remember would be a few faces of his old friends, and the significance of his old home. He would also have a strong attachment to the shovel that he died with. He always wears a tattered and mouldy overcoat and some torn shorts. His skin and body are not unlike Smeagol's from the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

Why do you want to play a Ghoul: I really wish to play a ghoul because I play a lot of humanoid character thats are usually evil for the sake of being evil, or just good. I'd like to play a creature with no drive but to keep itself alive and follow the commands of others. Playing something dumb and submissive sounds like it could create a lot of fun RP for others and myself.

A very thin and lanky creature, clad in torn, weak leather from it's previous life. This abomination's creator saw it fit to conjoin it's fingers and sharpen the bones at the end to that of dull blades. Despite this minor strength it is slow and deeply lacks in intelligence, it has a fondness for the bones of those it eats and keeps a small bone from each one on it's person in a tiny sack. Another weakness it holds is the inability to speak, due to the lack of half of it's usable tongue it's simplistic words come out as garbled moans and groans, unintelligible by all.

Why do you want to play a Ghoul: 

 

My interest in the server as a whole has plummeted recently. I have gone from an active player to one who logs on once every few weeks. I had hoped to play this character so I might regain my lost interest and in the future return to playing as my Necromancer character.

Description:

 

 

A petite ghoul that was visibly a chubby and bearded halfling in its past life. It is often adorned with nothing but a loincloth, leaving its rotten and bloodied body largely vulnerable and visible to everything and anything it comes across. In its small beard numerous scraps of flesh would be visible, the remains of its long since passed meals. Its nails are overgrown and as are its teeth, both being bloodied and longer than the average set you would witness on one of the living.

Hunched over at a height of five feet and wearing nothing but a large loincloth and broken chains on its ankles. When managing to utter a word or two, it speaks in a deep and raspy voice. Its nails measure in at 6 inches long, and are sharpened much like dull knives. It is rather slow and often stumbles around due to its awkward hunched over stance

Once a cheery Wood elf, the young man's life was ended one day by bandits attacking him on the roads of Malinor.  Once they had taken what they wanted they thru him in a nearby creek where he layed for many years peacefully resting until one day something inside of him awoke and he shambled out of the creek bed in search of something to fill his empty stomach.

 

His few memories are mostly of a place that seemed to be his home and two faces that seemed to have always been with him.  He usually shambles along his two legs but when he attacks he drops to all fours and charges his prey almost monkey like.  His only clothing are shredded leather pants that seemed to be constantly soaked.
