I. Regarding changes to the privy council.

I. Archduke Edward II. of Winter is hereby removed from the position of Lord Chancellor due to the reasons of inactivity and neglection of position.

 

I. Father Wilfriche Buron is hereby granted the position of Lord Chancellor and given a seat on his royal majesty’s privy council.

 

II. Regarding changes to nobility within Oren.

 

I. Archduke Edward II. of Winter is hereby suspended from all his titles and landholdings within the Holy Kingdom of Oren due to inactivity, neglection and conspiracy against the crown.

 

II. The House of Winter is hereby suspended from any noble positions within the Holy Kingdom of Oren

 

III. All members of House Winter are hereby suspended from any noble and gentry positions with the Holy Kingdom of Oren.

 

IV. The holdings and lands of House Winter is hereby granted to the crown and the House of Carrion to do as it sees fit.

 

V. The House of Othaman and his vassals are hereby released from their oath to the House of Winter and sworn to the crown of Oren and the House of Carrion.

VI. The House of Blackwell and The Order of the Brotherhood of Northmen is hereby released from their oath to the House of Winter and sworn to the crown of Oren and the House of Carrion.

 

VII. Edward Winter is summoned to court to answer for the crimes of conspiring against the crown.
