This decree is hereby issued and confirmed by his Right Honourable Wilfriche Buron, Lord Chancellor of the Holy Kingdom of Oren.

 

I. Regarding hostilies between the Holy Kingdom of Oren and the nations of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan and the Rexdom of Krugmar

II. Regarding the mobilization of Military Orders and levies

III. Regarding administrative positions in the Holy Kingdom of Oren

 

I. Regarding hostilities between the Holy Kingdom of Oren and the nations of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan and the Rexdom of Krugmar

1. The Holy Kingdom of Oren is now in open warfare against the Grand Kingdom of Urguan and the Rexdom of Krugmar.

II. Regarding the mobilization of Military Orders and levies

1. The Military Orders of Oren are hereby ordered to mobilize troops, arms, and men for fighting against the Grand Kingdom of Urguan and the Rexdom of Krugmar.
2. The levies of Oren are hereby ordered to mobilize troops, arms, and men for fighting against the Grand Kingdom of Urguan and the Rexdom of Krugmar.

III. Regarding administrative positions in the Holy Kingdom of Oren

1. Those of Dwarven or Orcish race who hold administrative positions in the Holy Kingdom of Oren are hereby stripped from said position.
