Feedback On A Crustacean

Title says it all, really. I'm looking for feedback as to how I'm doing with GM duties, and things I could improve/take on. Honesty is the best policy, folks. I don't take anything personal. Since it's been a few months and several others have done these, I guess I need to see how you all think of me personally.

 

Also, if all you have to say is 'Good job!', please don't say it. I actually do wish for something that I can build upon!

Great with a side of butter or deep fried; not to mention being one of the most community minded and friendly GMs we've ever had.

Crayfish is bad GM because nobody listens to what he says. Too friendly. Can't take seriously. Very polite. Much meme. Wow.
