Elven Subforums

The dark elves and wood elves might not be a 'nation' but we are reforming and have separate governments and players, and a subforum would do wonders for organization.

Point is, Wood elves are an autonomous society distinct from High elves, we just have the good sense to live next to them to unify the elven race. We would appreciate a sub forum.

It was shown it was giving the Snow Elf nation a sub forum and not the race by labeling it "The Princedom of Fenn." as opposed to "Snow Elf" or "Mali'Fenn."

The Princedom of Fenn is really just...I just don't think it needs a sub-forum. I really don't. It's not like I hate them or anything, but uh...

well, yeah.

I respect your opinion on such a matter. I was clarifying that it was not the race given the sub forum, it was the nation. Even if you do not believe they should have a sub forum, admins have seemed to hold a differing opinion.

So I suppose the question is what do the wood elves/dark elves need to do to prove worthy of a subforum?

From my understanding it's a list 25 people, and 2/3 months of being a separate entity

What counts as a separate entity? We're not interested in separating the subraces into different nations, but they have their own separate cultures, governments, and for the wood elves, settlement.

was

 Was =/= is

And with that, I'm off to play Fable before I argue even more.

This. It helps keep wood elves wood elves even if they are working together with the other subraces. They are together but definitely separate.

Which is why our own forum would be nice, so we can keep citizenry apps, guard threads, wood elf RP guides, and all manner of other goodies in one organized spot.

The snelves have a different government than everyone else and they are also elves too.

Let them keep it. It's needed.

It doesn't matter if no one sees them as a nation. I remember Holm having the same number of players and they were still considered a Nation. If a nation sees themselves as such, then that's all that matters.
