((Why else would you be looking at this post)), They pull you aside and explain to you the ranks and looks with a smile. {} Lord & Officer | Distinguished by their gold plated shoulder pad, the Lords, Nobles, and Officers of the Banner Guard are the ones who give commands when the Sarrion is not about. The Lord of House Pascal is above all. {} Sarrion | Sarrion is the head banner of the force, leading the men into battle with wise word and strong stance. He is distinguished by the gilded stripe down the visor of his helmet. {} Hand | Hand is a personal assistant to a Lord, or the Sarrion of House Pascal, they remain without rank and can only be commanded by a Lord or Sarrion. {} Swordsman| The Main force of the Banner Guard, bearing either their Tabard or Not, they wear fine Ferrum plate and choice of blade, using it in the name of Pascal. {} Ranger| Lightly armored with a leather vest with a thick Ferrum plate in the middle for the frontside and backside, and wearing small bits of shoulder plate, the Ranger is a fast moving user of either legal Magic or the classic Bow. The pay you ask? Initiates start with a -daily- payment of 25 Minas. Bannermen collect a -daily- payment of 50 Minas. Officers collect a -daily- payment of 75 Minas. This totals around 175 Minas for Initiates weekly. 350 Minas for Bannermen weekly. 525 Minas for Officers weekly. Such payments must be collected every day, if you miss a pay, then you miss a pay. __________________________________________________ You wish to join? Asks one of the men.
