The Dragons Feast

Servants around the Horen Estate rush around, storing food and barrels of wine, ale and spirits that have been ordered for the coming feast at the estate. William Horen looks out of the window into the gardens watching as the servants prepare the gardens to be presentable for the feast.

He turns to his desk picking up his quill and dipping it into ink, a servant passes him parchment as he begins to draft up the invitation to the feast he is preparing the Nobility of Oren to attend. He presses the quill to the parchment and begins to write up the draft.

 

He puts his quill down having the sigil and seal of House Horen on the parchment, the sigil going above the text and the seal below. The letter is sent out to all the noble houses in Oren, specifically to the House leaders

"Dear [Name and Title]"

"I, William of House Horen the third of my name, Count of Dragonsmarch and Lord of House Horen, hereby invite you and your house to a feast at the Estate of House Horen in the Noble District of Kaldonia. The Feast is informal with no sit down meal and will be on the first and second floor of the Estate and will also be in the gardens. Attendees are invited to bathe in our pools and hot springs in the gardens."

 

"Food will be carried out by servants of the Estate along with the drinks, it will be a mostly standing event however formal wear if not bathing is expected to be the evenings attire. Festivities will last the entire night and entertainment will be provided by House Horen. We hope to see you there. "
