"IN LIEU of the Imperial commission of oyer and terminer into the Crown Princess, the report of which can be found here attached, the individual known as Vittoria Chivay is henceforth decreed guilty of fraud, high treason, adultery and witchcraft, to be burnt at the stake until dead, deprived of all titles, authority, holdings and worldly goods. HER fellow adulterers, Ser Damien Crowley (Hereafter stripped of his position on the Caerngard) and Marcellus Basileus, are found guilty with her and are hence decreed outlaws in the Imperium, to be hunted down and beheaded for their crimes at the Kaldonia palace.

 

FURTHERMORE, we hereby publicly beseech the Church to grant Crown Prince Robert Chivay a posthumous annulment for his marriage to Vittoria Chivay, a declaration proclaiming his supposed progeny with her bastards, on account of her lawfully proven adultery with the former two individuals and her breaking of vows."

Baron Frost reads the report alone from Eastgate Bastille.  "Wait, what, a shade?"  Jacob states as his mouth drops open.  "If they forged this they put quite a bit of effort into it," he thinks to himself.  He picks up a mug and starts to drink some Russo ale.  In the middle of his sip, he starts choking.  His mind rushes remembering an event from a few months earlier that occurred in the middle of the noble district.  "I must warn him," he whispers to himself as he reaches for parchment and a chicken feather quill.

Olizimara pauses, skidding to a stop at the declaration of the act and squinting deeply, the grey-eyed elf's features would then adorn a confused sneer that mimics one of disgust as well. Utterly flabbergasted by the declaration of a shade being burned at the stake he reaches up and rubs at his temple with three fingers. 

All at once Olizimara's facade would crumble as a giggle escaped his lips, followed up by a deep bout of laughter. "Ehhhhhh..." The elf groans musically after the laugh. "...I need more culturally diverse children...."

But not baseborn, if the Prince has doubts that some of his bastard children are not truly his then that is another issue that requires addressing.
