Narthok 10416 Share Posted May 26, 2014 *a note is posted Mali I believe that the seperation of the Mali nation into the Enclave and the princedom is illogical, the seperation of the Mali simply weakens us could the Mali follow the logical path of the Mali'Aheral and attempt diplomacy with the Mali'fenn their return would surely be a precursor to an increase of power and knowledge within the nation of the Mali. If this is not the case then please ignore my lack of knowledge on the subject I am simply advocating for diplomacy and negotiations to repair the rift in the mali. -Evarir Kael'Daenor of Haerlun'or

Lago 2572 Share Posted May 26, 2014 "Suggesting the Mali'Fenn return to the mali'cihi would suggest they were ever part of it to begin with. I cannot recall a time when the Elves of Snow were part of Haelun'or or any other elven state."
Smithers 388 Share Posted May 26, 2014 Silir'ilume clasps his hands behind his back, inclining his chin and speaking to those in company. "Elmali'fenn are a weak link of unstable minds led by a comparatively unstable leader. There was no rift; their group simply appeared. I do not believe it would be a stretch to call them thusly: non-elves. You have heard correctly. They are not worthy of the title Mali. Their mannerisms are that of the most mentally unsound man and dwarf, their population as a whole lacks intelligence on the same level as other Mali and their culture is primitive and thoroughly undeveloped. Kael'Daenor, your inclination towards diplomacy with this 'race' of not-elves is understood, but it is not an option and not a path that shall be pursued. I reiterate: these not-elves are a weak link. Individuals who call themselves 'Mali'fenn' and approach the Enclave whilst denouncing their unstable leadership and striving for order and place amongst an organization of intelligent beings may be considered. As a group, however, they have nothing to contribute to the greater races of Mali and, thus, they shall never be pursued."
WuHanXianShi14 0 Share Posted May 26, 2014 Mali'fenn, or as I like to call them, a snelf, (I do not believe them worthy of a subrace title), are a violent, depraved and deranged offshoot of Mali'aheral, a bastardized bloodline. Not only has every snelf I have met so far try (unsuccessfully) to murder me by bidding of their bortu masters, they spit on what it means to be a real elf. Their leader parades around falsely baring the title "Grand Prince" as if he earned it, after his stupid child like actions led his bastard race to destruction at the hands of the valah empire. Any elven Princedom died with Malinor and this is nothing but a necromantic revival, a shamble state of fake, violent elves. There is no place for a snelf in our lands
bickando 3967 Share Posted May 26, 2014 Serelia looks at the note and talks to the group of Snow Elves around her. "I believe every other Elf in the world but this one thinks we are all crazy because of the actions of a few; as such, we would not be allowed to join the Enclave even if we wanted to." Narthok 10416 Author Share Posted May 26, 2014 I Kael'Daenor volunteer to lead this expedition to attempt to repair relations with the mali'fenn and perhaps to rehabilitate them should they truly have strayed from the way of the Mali. I believe it would violate the tenants of the maehr’sae hiylun’ehya to allow the minds of the Mali'fenn to be corrupted by the foul tenants of greed that imbues the Bortu, to subject any Mali to such trials should be regarded as a cruel and barbaric practice and as a Mali i find myself compelled to take a stand against this affront
Smithers 388 Share Posted May 26, 2014 "There will be no expedition to speak with those that deem themselves "Mali'fenn". They are not elves and their presence begets only rot, corruption and incompetency."

Stag 3231 Share Posted May 26, 2014 "One does not simply rehabilitate a scourge. The same principle goes for these non-elves. We will not be repairing relations simply because we do not have to. If they wish to change that is within themselves. They are not mali and they will never be apart of the elven nation. Let us leave it at that." Sporadic 2844 Share Posted May 26, 2014 "Unfortunately, llir, what you propose is not that simple, nor are your assumptions impeccable. While we share with the Mali'fenn the common father Malin, this new breed of Elves holds no warmth towards their fellow Mali. They would accept the fealty and submission of the Mali'thillne, Elmali'ker and Elmali'ame, start a new princedom under their control, but failing those terms will not co-operate with any attempts of unification. The Mali'fenn have chosen elsioln, isolation from their kin, and as our differences grow the hope of unification grows ever slimmer. Not all Mali'fenn hold irreparable distaste towards Elaheral, yet the vendetta that the Grand Prince of their ilk holds against us is nothing short of insurmountable. Even now, he has convinced his subjects the Mali'aheral are out for their total eradication. His propaganda would have you believe it was Tahn'siol that set the Oren war machine upon them. His teachings speak of nothing but wickedness of lye, Tahn'siol Larihei'elmayilu'ehya. Indeed, there have been multiple occasions where he attempted to rally the lliran of Ame and Ker under his banner, and unite them against the Aheral scourge. Make no mistake, if the demise of the Silver Children was within the grasp of this Princedom, the troops would be upon our foothills by daybreak. I invite you to attempt your own strain of diplomacy on our estranged kinsmen. I implore you to seek an end to their mockery of our purity, and their brooding of our destruction. But as of now I remain skeptical, forlorn, mourning the Mali'fenn as I would a fallen cousin."
Cyndikate 2303 Share Posted May 26, 2014 Nina leaves a note.. "I know for a fact that there are not many Mali'fenn left after the war against the Valah, but I ask you to give them a place of refuge with the rest of your kin if they ask. I want them to live in peace, security and harmony with the rest of the Mali. Some of them wish to break away from The Grand Prince's rule and would like a second chance at life, and I respect their wishes. If they cared and respected about redeeming themselves, then they would not cause trouble like my father, Spartacus Tundrak did. I want the Mali'fenn to have a better life, and roam where they please without being turned away and hated for the Grand Prince's actions. I ask that all Mali accept them into their cities, homes, and hearts, and accept them for who they are and not what Tundrak did. Such Mali'fenn are hereby declared denounced from his rule, are deemed independant. The Grand Prince's actions should not reflect on their actions. Tundrak should not speak for them or represent them in any way shape of form. They are their own Mali. If you do not consider them Mali, then what are they? Sincerely, Nina Tundrak" An image of a snowflake is sketched at the bottom.
