I will be curt and honest, as someone who absolutely enjoys military roleplay - this war has lost its lustre. I recently made a post where Oren won the latest battle after being denied a diplomatic peace that we laid forth for the Dwarves, complete with screenshots. I refuse to see any further "Oren Hate Cult" spewing nonsense about us not trying to end the war. We tried to make a diplomatic peace, we were rejected then attacked. We tried to war-claim, we were rejected. I'm personally going to write one last attempt of a war-claim, so I reckon wish me luck?

If people took these pixels any more seriously, there would be considerably worse mud-slinging going around. Since you're new, or alting as a new face, look up the White Rose Malinor wars. There you will have an example of what taking RP too seriously becomes. This current batch of drama is literally nothing and the leadership on both sides harbor no actual grudge to one another, where the underlings speak out. Furthermore, if you ACTUALLY looked into who was trying to cause drama, you'd quickly realize it's a very vocal minority.

I think I explained this to you all in Teamspeak 3 those few days ago where we spoke. Since the Dwarves started the war by handing us our casus belli by ways of being belligerent, you'd need to inquire said terms. Do note that there was a great chance of peace naught but a day ago, but I believe you can thank Kowaman for blowing it RPly.

This war obviously is harming both sides,  and I see how our beloved Kaldonia runs dry from RP because everybody is 'war,war and war!'. I don't blame neither side, even though the Dwarves could have handled it better. In my opinion I think we should simply end this war, and march into 4.0 peacefully so that when new nations and groups arise, old school diplomacy and war begins.

From what I understand the supposed denied WC was over a large amount of land while ignoring the Dwarven underground fortresses. You can't exactly expect them to accept unreasonable terms can you? Post one with proper terms and it'll happen, no doubt

Snelves/sariants/Dwarves/Orcs Vs Oren/various elves. Reason being Oren got mad at the dwarves for a single dwarf non affiliated to Urguan raided Oren. We tried for peace but Oren denied it, war happened. Now Oren sues for peace and acts as the moral superior, choosing to ignore the fact we offered to have the war stop before its start.

Dizzy you legit cant expect oren to go on one of your ridiculous war claims too lol. Both sides need to ******* be considerate of both, idk what the ******* terms were, but either way what im inferring from you dizzy is that you want another **** battle likes the completely bs one you did when spuller was king. When everyone hid under a ******* tunnel and declared victory, no way in hell any sane nation leader would accept that lol.

I want this war to end as well, it just seems like an excuse to PVP. Sorry friends but it's true. Humans need to agree to peace or the dwarves need to take the war claim and just let it end.

I know the staff is getting sick of handling it, any time a GM steps in bais is called. Hard to moderate that way but hey... no one said being a GM would help you make friends ;)

How about the staff take the initiative and step in? Either let us settle this with an official warclaim, or force us to stop raiding. We HAVE tried to settle this in RP from Orens side (example - yesterdays meeting), but the dwarves have blatantly either OOCly or RPly decided to **** all and continue this endless cycle. This is not going to be fixed until people with the actual authority and power step in to force something to happen.

Neither side is going to openly submit to peace, because both sides have an ego to maintain. If GMs become the middleman and force us to do something, be it warclaim or call it off, it is 10x better than one side openly submitting to call it off which is aka being defeated.

If I remember correctly the strelts did the exact same thing. It is a legitimate problem you will have to overcome if you want to get anywhere

We didn't do that for a war claim even once (off topic even so). Even with that, its not really a problem we can overcome its very inconsiderate behaviour considering that all sides are evened out dude, a fight on the ground wont be that ******* op on oren's side.
