The Hieal'thilln, Silver Council, of Blessed Haelun'or is to be reformed in the face of a rapidly changing elven political landscape. These changes, brought by the entry to the new realm of Talos, shall further streamline and solidify the rule of the Hieal'thilln of the Silver Enclave of Haelun'or.

1. The Instatement of the Okariran'lye

The positions of Tilruir'ame and Tilruir'ker are immediately and irrevocably abolished. In their place, those who held such positions previously, shall be instated as the Okarir'amae and Okarir'ker respectively. Both positions hold a single vote on the Hieal'thilln.

Furthermore, the position of Tilruir'fenn is also abolished in favour of the position of Okarir'avern who oversees and administrates all elves of undefined blood, other than those of impure high elven blood. Additional Okariran'lye may be appointed as the Hieal'thilln sees fit for any and all populaces such is deemed appropriate for.

They are still bound by the decisions of the Silver Council as all Okarir are.

2. Lomian'onn

It is the solemn declaration of the Hieal'thilln that the fragmentation of the elves is ultimately detrimental to all descendants of Malin and Children of Larihei. It is therefore that these splinters must be unified once more. This is to be known as the concept of Lomian'onn, the imperative to gather and reforge a whole be it by words or other methods more undesirable.

Dwyn, wandering through the Elven lands makes note of the post, staring at it for a moment before he gets to the bottom and mutters "Seems like our allies to the south west will have some more trouble.." he shakes his head and grunts "Why not just strike up trade with these 'Splinters' rather than trying to put them all under one roof, that will inevitably just cause overcrowding and frustration. Let people work land in other areas and supply a trade."

He then realizes he's talking to a poster and slinks back to tending to his animals, tucking up his scarf against the cold and snow. Dwyn only hopes some people overheard his rambling.

Ac'aelu reads the notice with a small frown, taking one down and heading to Talonnii.

Arriving, he seeks out the other two leaders.

"Spread the word to the outlying elven settlements. Talk of aid should the Mali'valah try anything."

With a worried expression, Lucion listens to the announcement and grimaces.

"I hope this will not afford the other elves too much power in council affairs, knowing their rather terrible history with politics. Though, Uradir is yet to lead us afoul..."

Hecate blinks. Wait what?

Did the high elves really just give their leaders an ACTUAL say on the council?

WAT?

Okay, this is getting pretty damned weird now. Since when did high elves make concessions?

Not that she's complaining, but what?

The Sentinel looks over the notice.

So it's been decided then, that the fragmentation, segregation, and possibility of revolt by the lesser elves was deemed more dangerous than giving the aforementioned elves free-rein.

This one could only hope it would not lead to Silver's ruin.
