BIG RED DISCLAIMER: make sure the first thing you do when profession selection is out is to select your favorite skill as your primary profession. If you don't, you are liable to be capped and lose your progress.

 

We've taken your feedback threads and poll results and are making changes accordingly.

Also, the XP bar of the HUD will now fill up to display your progress towards the next level of your currently active skill (aka the one you gained xp for last).

 

Will Skills be reset for 4.0?

Yes. Yes they most likely will as it allows for the fairest rebalancing. However, to reward loyal testers we can instigate a contest that will give your hardworking buttocks a head start with some nifty Skill Tomes. But first we activate the rest of the skills.

If Elves get farming proficiencies, and Halflings don't; this is going to be issue.

 

With our culture being completely based around farming, I'd think we would get a bit more of a bonus then a culture that is based more so around knowledge, magic and the like.
