"Warning, there is a probable cultist wandering around the outside of the island in hope to prey on victims. Traits include naive and one who will talk for days bragging about deeds, his motives are unknown. If seen, do not approach as he will try to force a mask upon you, remain in the Temple grounds where he is incapable of harm. Ferebrill 14 Share Posted July 20, 2014 Ferebrill posts a note underneath the notice. I encountered this man on the road. I though he was going to kill me so I laughed in the face of death, which he seemed to respect since he tried to recruit me. He made the mistake of telling me his plans. He was working for a necromancer but was working behind his boss' back. He planned to use the souls which he had been collecting to create a new form of magic that would allow him to create souless creatures that could not feel pain. He claimed with this he could become extremely powerful, leaving doom and a trail of blood wherever he went. Fortunately it seems he does not attack large groups of people since when a man called to him to stop he teleported away. He also had a scythe from which I could hear moaning. He then writes a note himself "I, along with a redheaded Auvergian man however it's spelled, saw the cultist attempt to convert a young halfling. We prepared to stop him, but somehow he sensed us and before we could even get close he vanished in a cloud of magical smoke. I believe this man may also be a necromancer."
