The curious denizens begin to take fliers from him. These fliers are stamped with the seal of House Carrion and signed by none other than Boris Carrion III himself. These posters read; Nominations for Maer Elections will soon take place for the rightful Maer of Severski. Men inquiring for the Maership position should write their names at the bottom of one of these posters. A Maer should present good family values and be a strong leader in times of depression, if any man wishes to have this title please fill out your name in the format below: Grand Prince Boris Carrion reserves the right to overrule the election, to prevent other nations electing one of their members.
