Rowan simply grins, sharpening his sword against a whetstone, "Ye' gotta like t'bravery, tho' it willn't do 'em good in t'end."

Kaneous Klargus smiles, hearing this announcement, he says to himself, "A group that doesn't like Oren and doesn't respect how they operate? A mirror never shows a different side to the viewer. I guess my sword will have to keep sharp for a little longer. Ave Emperor Robert Chivay. True King, by lineage, of Seventis."

Tavon walks by one of the posters and reads it thoroughly. He then walks back to his farm to tend the field. As he is cutting through the fields of wheat, Tavon hums an old Seventian war song, and quietly says, "Hail Seventia."

The declaration arrived early in the morning, delivered to Robert whilst he was taking his breakfast. He read it with mild enthusiasm, chuckling audibly as he came to its conclusion, "Hail Seventia, they say...", he grunts and smiles, rising slowly from his chair and stuffing whatever remained of his simple breakfast into his mouth. Making his way for the exit, he walked past his throne and came out into the air of the city, already bustling with work and activity. He paced on down the road and came to the many arches and triumphs constructed in the Empire's name, reflecting the victories and conquests against foreign nations – the conquest of Hanseti, the Sacking of Malinor, the conquest of Salvus, and the pillar of Clade Teutonica, which rose high into the sky and reflected the Empire's glory with a certain air of grandness.

Robert smiled happily and took a deep breath before walking on again. He came to the gates, where the soldiers on duty quickly made way and allowed him past. A few took to his flank, accompanying him and his Caerngard out into the fields. They passed wonderfully rich fields of wheat, corn, potatoes and carrots; heard the sound of livestock penned in corrals; and saw the calm waters of the river just ahead. Robert and his retinue crossed the bridge, slowing up as the Emperor held up his hand. The entire band slowly craned their heads up, each of them gazing upon several hundred crucifixes being drawn up and staked into the ground. A few of them already had men pinned up – their hands and feet nailed against the wood, and a prominent flag of Seventis cut and sewn onto their otherwise naked chest. They groaned with agony, but Robert remained vigilant, staring at the several crosses, watching soldiers and citizens alike stake them up.

Robert smiles and turns to his retinue, addressing no one in particular, "Exterminatus, fer all that oppose us."

The men respond in unison:

"Exterminatus."

Edmund Chivay had only recently arrived to the land of Thales after a long journey from Aeldin, the land of the Exodus and the place he had formerly known as home. Now he road to the Emperor's left, a disbelieving smirk playing across his lips as he contemplated the declaration. After taking a moment to collect his thoughts Edmund approached his uncle, the Emperor and took a bow over the edge of his horse.

"Your Imperial Majesty, uncle, I have studied the document that this petty kingdom drafted and I can not help but see all of the flaws in their doctrine. An outstanding issue being that they seem to draw parallels to the former Kingdom of Oren, somehow comparing it to a utopia the likes of which humanity could never possibly achieve. Any learned scholar, and yes even I in my youth, would be quick to point out that this very same Kingdom of Oren was ruled by a dynasty of corrupt and even Undead kings."

Edmund grunts, clearing his throat before he begins to speak once more, "Or perhaps they draw connections to the Phoenix Rebellion, which while successful initially- and only truly due to the backing of the Hansetians- eventually ended in a Kingdom of Renatus which we all can agree floundered. Indeed, it is our own Empire that has led humanity to its greatest heights, under Godfrey, Peter and yourself," he takes a moment to look around at the Emperor's retinue, eyeing each man in attendance carefully.

"With these things in mind, I ask that Your Imperial Majesty would allow me the command of an army to convince these rebels that they inflict damage not only upon themselves, but upon humanity as a whole when they act out in such ways. It would be my honor to be granted such a privilege."

"Godspeed, my friends." Mithius mumbles as he reads over the declaration.

Abram strings his bow up and tests its pull. He draws, and figures it'd be enough to put an arrow through a Seventian or ten.

"Exterminatus."

Quinlan Campbell while marching down the street hears the discontent of Orenian nobles about this 'Kingdom of Seventis' he frowns to himself.

"..The Kingdom o' wot now?"

Jarvik should think he should read up on the once decent kingdom.
