AN EDICT OF CONDEMNATION

Issued against High Prophet Lori Ireheart

On this day, by order of His Holiness, High Prophet of the Brathmordakin, Voice of Yemekar, Venerable Elder of the Dwarves, Clan Father of the Starbreakers, Kazrador Starbreaker, it is decreed that the Dwarf known as "Lori" of Clan Ireheart is to vacate the position of High Prophet of the Kirkja Dverga and resume his service to the Brathmordakin as Prophet of his Patron God.
This Edict is declared to be Righteous and Just by a majority vote of the Assembly of Prophets, with a unanimous vote in favor of the motion as proposed by Prophet Kazrador. The Assembly issues this Edict due to the following counts of True Heretical Actions against the Faith.

Firstly, Lori Ireheart is condemned for his inaction and lack of will or drive to serve the Brathmordakin in his time as the High Prophet of the Kirkja Dverga. Due to this lack of action, the Temple lies cold and empty, and the teachings of the Brathmordakin are dishonored and discarded in the absence of the Clergy's presence.

Secondly, Lori Ireheart is condemned for his unacceptable inaction upon being presented with a 'Shrine' to the
Daemon and Enemy of the Brathmordakin known to the Children of Yemekar as Khorvad, and in doing so, endangering the lives of his kin and permitting the existence of corruption and heresy.

Lastly, Lori Ireheart is condemned for his heretical and treasonous actions towards the Grand King of the Dwarves, Midgor Ireheart, following the discovery of sacred Ruhn-lore. Despite it's sacred nature and the hostile actions of Midgor, the Assembly finds the disrespect shown towards the Grand King a direct insult to the Brathmordakin, the Paragons, the Ancestors, and the ancient traditions of the Dwarves. As well, the hoarding of sacred knowledge, while permitted under justified reasoning, is not permitted to the extent to which it has been utilized, abusing the power of the Clergy and the holy position of High Prophet.
It is for these reasons that the Assembly of Prophets formally declares the Servant of the Brathmordakin known as Lori Ireheart to be Heretical in both intent and in deed, and as such, unfit for the position of High Prophet. In the eyes of the Assembly, this action is just and holy recompense for the accused's transgressions, and as such the accused may resume his service as one of the Prophets of the Brathmordakin.
As is permitted in the absence of a High Prophet, the Assembly of Prophets unanimously declares the Servant of Yemekar known as Kazrador Starbreaker, Prophet of Yemekar, Clan Father of the Starbreakers, as worthy the position of High Prophet. As such, Kazrador Starbreaker is declared to be the new and reigning leader of the Kirkja Dverga. May the Ancestors guide his path, and the Will of the Brathmordakin be done.

An official response it posted.

I vote agaisnt. Its a draw. Beleron Irongut's vote waits.

A greater detailed response comes.

"First and foremost the first accusation stands due to the kingdom's lack of resources to complete the temple. It would be a high heresy to worship in a incomplete shrine and disrespect the gods. Thus sermons have been repeatedly lead to the shrines situated around the Kingdom."

"Secondly, I was never presented any such shrine beforehand. All accusations were found false and the location had never come to my eyes or to my ear. I would be able to effectively dispose of it, however due to the terms of the trial I must work to create a sum of three thousand minas."

"Lastly, I did not assault the King. Dizzy Irongrinder assaulted the king according to the trial. I merely watched and was guilty through association of "mistreatment of a relic". This was due to the fact Midgor was very unhappy that he could not be a powerhungry shekeler."

"Beleron Ironguts deciding vote awaits."

Prophet Belron Irongut sits down by his table, and reaches for his quill and parchament under the dimly lit candle light. He pauses for a brief moment before lowering his quill to write his responce.

"I am afraid I must turn down this edict, due to the fact that it is baseless and without reason. Lori has been more active then any other Kirkja Dverga Ardkirden, vorsik, if I was to see past this and look at your other arguments, I find them without reason and justice aswell, and I must therefor say that anek kahr ayna da ardkirden 's ulrofhare megron.

Belron then gives the letter to a messenger so it can be sent onwards.

Fili stands fward to speak against the blatant lies, and corruption of Lori.

"Once again, our Late High Prophet, Lori Ireheart feeds lies and corruption to the people of Urguan. I for one have never seen Lori lead a sermon. Furthermore, he did know about this heretical shrine, and three prominent dwarves, one being me, one being Caridan, and another being Kazrador,  can verify that he was informed of, or spotted inside the heretical shrine, and has neglected destroying it, even when he promised me it would be done. And, I can verify that Lori was one of the lads that suggested, egged on, and stood by, and did nothing, while Dizzy ordered his Golem to assault the Grand King. And I would like to point out that Lori is showing signs of starkness, calling our king a shekeler, and disturbing the Grand Kings peace, so i urge all the prophets to reconsider their desescion, and remove this murderous, disgrace of a high prophet from his filthy throne of lies!"
