Pherak looks upon the notice, as he furrows his brows, the joint in his lips falling to the ground, mouth a gape..

"These High Elven folk are really smoking some major Uruk ass cactus... Or They're drinking some sort of Setherien piss..." he looks over his shoulder to the ghost next to him,"Shut up Grandma, I cannot be asked to bake you cookies right now.. I've got more important matters to attend to.." he looks to his left shoulder to another person who nay exists...

"Frank, not now... Can't you see the High Elves are talking out of their asses? It smells just as bad as your idea of shaving Baden's beard off..."

Pherak begins to walk, forgetting about his cactus joint as it starts a fire, soon to grow and envelop over the parchment of High Elven snot, Pherak looks back, frowning... "Damn High Elves... That was some good Green I was smoking, now the parchment has stolen it..." he stomps off in a heated temper tantrum.

Ryn follows after her maln after reading it with him. Her own joint rests between her fingers now to prevent it from falling to the ground.

"Those lent vilutan have messed up things again. How many people we know that live there are now in danger? Something's got to give. I mean, seriously. If they would have said yes to living there, I bet they would have been made to wear arm bands like they did to the snow elves in the Fringe."

She brings the cactus green to her lips and takes in a long drag, blowing smoke rings as they walk. "So, what can we do about it?" She asks, keeping pace as he walks.

Sylvestre shakes his head. "Raine's made too many enemies, " he states, bluntly. "They need to adapt or die. It's a simple law of life."

Juliet wonders what enemies they have made in Raine. She only seems to know of two but one is a small group and is no longer an issue and the other is only now rearing its ugly head.

Pherak looks at his daughter, after having calmed down, he ponders heavily the situation and says to her in a hushed tone, "We could very well invite them to where we live... Depends on the people though, a very select few.. Or we could sit back and watch it all burn to the ground, as they hold public executions... I want tea... Do you want tea?" he asks her, seemingly forgetting about the whole conversation they just had.

Pherak continues to walk, looking at Ryn with a questioning stare.

Ryn continues to walk with him, her expression falling to one of concern.

"We could invite them here. We would need to speak with Baden first, of course. As much as I love watching things burn, I'm concerned about Mika, Jakir, Neci, and Meta. I'm sure you have friends there as well."

She takes the final drag of her green and flicks the roach off into the distance. "Tea would be lovely. I'll speak with my husband."

Pherak looks at her like she's nuts, "Baden? I cannot be asked to trust what he says... Uhhhhggg... Fine.. Just be sure that he knows this situation, in the mean time... I'll be baking cookies." Pherak continues his walk, not saying another word, however pondering the situation heavily still.

Ryn continues to follow along with Pherak, going to help him bake cookies for Grandma, the whole situation still weighing heavily on her mind.

A red robed human carefully looks over the declaration before slowly glancing down the road to see a ruckas. He raises his free left-hand to run it through his hair a bit before muttering "So does this mean we're supposed to set them on fire...? I need to speak to some actual humans...I miss Lord Rhys." He quickly begins coughing before stopping with a few deep inhales. He glances at his hand, checking for any blood. Upon seeing none, he nods once to confirm he is not yet dying and starts off to findd another human who's actually in the loop to ask them of the situation.

Elanion recieves the news, which are actually quite public, from his informant. He nods slowly, staring out of the open window towards the ocean outside, thinking for a while before he nods to himself slowly. Grabbing a piece of paper, a quill and some ink from the scattered items on his desk, he orders his informant to fetch one of his men and begins to write down a message for the Raine Academy, which is on its way to the academy within minutes.

"I always liked the idea of Raine Academy, a place of peace and learning.. but ancestor's guide me if those students aren't the most dimwitted simpletons I've ever had the displeasure of meeting..." The mali'ker shudders at the thought of his last few visits to Raine.

*Daniel hears of the news from Raine's academy as he serves his customers in the Lusty Alchemist Tavern, just next to the Elven city. He asks to one of them as he serves the magestic and magnificant Drunken Mangragora Tea.*

"How did the death of Raine's member's come to be? What event happened to trigger it?"

Aepholis shuffles down a path, as he recieves a letter including the news, frowning as he reads, after the read, he sighs heavily, ripping the letter into pieces, as he'd let out a long grumble before saying "Maybe those Mali'aherals should consider taking those long staffs out of their rears." He scratches his head after, trotting away.
