Same reasons Dwarves aren't a subrace of humans, even though they're just fat midgets like us. Culturally, and by a biologic stand point, we're just too different.

Average would be about 140. Though it's a bit odd, as older halflings (who have more Dwarvish blood in their veins) can live longer, up to 200 years, but they are few and far between.

A dwarf and human did not create a halfling, contrary to popular belief. They created a half-dwarf half-human and these half-breeds, not accepted by either races, bred amongst themselves until a new race altogether was formed. A dwarf-halfling mix would just be a slightly taller being than a halfling (a little taller than 3 feet) and have beard, longer lifespan, and stronger greed.

I've always wanted to have a staple character being a halfling, though unfortunately due to my time-zone it ultimately fails and I've yet to actually find a time, and time-zone, that is the peak time for the race. So, what exactly is normally the peak time during the week and the weekend? Both during schooling and holidays.

So I'm EST (GMT -4, apparently). Just made a Halfling Persona but Gimblewood is...empty, to say the least. I had trouble finding the region block to apply for membership oocly.

So we have no region block as we aren't a nexus region. It's empty atm cuz we are a slightly inactive race. However in a month or so we will become EXTREMELY active with school and finals ending
