What is roleplaying?: Becoming someone else entirely; taking on a new character including their emotions, thoughts, and pains and acting & behaving as them

What is metagaming?: Using OOC knowledge to change the roleplay and your characters thoughts and ideas (i.e. knowing the name of a major character even if they are across the map)

What is powergaming?: Doing something that your character could not possibly do or not giving another player a chance to respond to your actions or rp like saying “I swung my sword killing him instantly” Whereas the other player could’ve blocked it

Character’s name: Aethos Tyberian

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.):

His original family hailing from Malinor in Aegis, the Tyberian family is a small elf family developing slowly. Aethos Tyberian, born in Anthos in 1438, Aethos Tyberian started his life. His mother was a stay at home mother, and his father a bounty hunter. Reikling, his father, taught him many skills as he thought his son would also become a bounty hunter. This is where Aethos learned many of the skills he knows today including how to use a bow and a sword, but the sword not so much. His father taught him this because he believed his son would also become a bounty hunter. He practiced these by hunting in the woods, often alone. He is also decent at carpentry, as when he was young, he would make small structures in the forest. 

After his father was hunting a small criminal, a poor man who stole a few minas, Reikling underestimated the thief and was stabbed and bled out in the streets of Luminaire. Aethos eventually found the man and ended him by shooting him first in the knee and then slitting his throat.  After that, he and his mother mostly traveled around Anthos. For a while he and his mother stayed with a farming family and helped them work for food and a house. The farm was right outside of Abresi. After the event with the Scourge, both of them got on a boat headed to the new land.  His mother died when he was 39 on the boat traveling to Athera. When he got to Athera, all alone, he turned into a self-made man, hardened up, and mostly travels around the inns of Athera including The Standing Inn and finally setteling for a while in Norithel Ward Housing near Laureh’lin picking up odd jobs such as hunting or lumberjacking, but is hoping to settle down soon, and maybe find a girl that creates a soft spot in his heart. 

Personality Traits: Believes in honor above all, trustworthy, hardened, agile, intelligent, quick-thinking,  just, and loyal.

Ambitions: Doing good and making his own mark in the world, maybe even start a family or at least get a wife

Strengths/Talents: Exquisite with a bow, some even refer to this as sniping, average swordplay skills, extremely agile

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Doesn’t deal with close range encounters well, bad at hand to hand combat, doesn’t use heavy      armor
