Vorstag stands in front of the masses of his Dwarven bretherin, 

 

"My brothers and fellow sons of Urguan, I stand in front of you today not only as a Candidate for the next King of Urguan, but as a Comrade in arms, obsessed with regaining the Dwarven prowess, prosperity and peace that once flowed through our nation. Currently our populations is a slither of it's original size, Dwarves are deterred from our deserted walkways and halls, they refuge in towns, villages and cities held by Lord's other than the ones of Urguan. We need to centralise, bring those Dwedmar back in to our refurbished capital and give them incentive to stay. Work, shelter, food, wage. We can give them these virtues simply by focusing effort on to individual guilds, pour resources and structure in to them, enabling such guilds to harbour these Dwed with ease and keep them occupied with endless tasks which are both challenging and rewarding.

 

On the topic of Guilds, the Legion needs to be repaired as such. Luckily we now possess a Grand Marshal with one of the finest hands in Athera, through example and leadership he can show Dwed how to properly wield a weapon. An excellent tactician and a loyal Dwarf. With this Dwarf, Karl Frostbeard, we can work in coalition to restructure our military. I propose we abandon the traditional "Line, Formation, march" type Legion and replace it with a dedicated Regiment tasked with defending the Capital. During wartime Clans would be required to fight at the marshal's disposal. Depending on the size of the force, the kill count and general valor in battle, prestige will be awarded to each Clan.

 

With this said, the Dwed should not focus war upon the Sons of Horen, the Sons of Krug and the Sons of Malin. We all hold a mutual enemy, one which will take the might of all living to crush. Khorvad. I do not plan to lead us Dwed in to a field of Iron and blade, I plan to lead us to the abyss, and bring everyone back with bloodier blades and the head of an undead aengul.

 

We should not waste time with petty disputes and wars with the descendants, together we can unify and fight a better cause.

 

My reputation was tarnished after my last reign, people voted me in confidence that I would lead a peaceful reign similar to that of my Father's. Alas I was dropped in to the turmoil of an Orenian war, people blamed me and I took that blame. I have changed since my captivity, I am no longer the war warmongering red faced Dwarf that I once was. I have grown to be very similar to my father along with celebrating the culture ensued by my Ireheart Mother.

 

I plan to reign in a Kingdom where people gain what they give, live peacefully and prosper.
