Booklight12 481 Share Posted February 5, 2015 Unbeknown to the outside world, Beranabus sits atop a great conglomeration of earth floating in an infinite sky, the calm white clouds flow below the stemming mound of rock sand dirt that he sits on in this dream like state. He sits resting with his eyes closed as with but a flick of his finger a single tree would sprout behind him rising and growing at an immense speed to where in but a few seconds the tree towers his figure. He had been meditating like this for about a year now, travelling in his own mind.. Though something was off this time, as an odd sight comes into existence, he slowly opens his eyes and is taken aback, his mouth opened in awe as in front of him stands a single thing, that most would simply take for granted. Not him though, as before him is a single chipmunk, it squeak weakly as it peers up to him with its beady eyes. What could it have been? He had not thought up this creation? He hadn’t willed it into the fictional world within his mind.. But.. Who did? All these questions would be cut short as a sudden pain ripples through his metaphysical body. Bellowing a mighty roar in pain, he claws at his skin feeling a mighty heat that courses through his body as this unmeasurable amount of energy piercing his mind, though to no avail can he stop it, all things in this world go haywire the sky darkening around him, the cloud turn a dark grey and arcs of lightning rush through the infinity that is the cloud line below. His head swirls in dizzying confusion and in an instant the image fades in various streaks of color and he falls back with a loud thump that can heard throughout the city of leyulin “GAH! Bloody nips!” He bellows as his body meets the hardwood flooring beneath his bed, the man awakens with much confusion blinking rapidly as he ponders for a few moments, he takes in his surroundings once more counting his fingers to make sure he is in fact awake, and quickly scrambles to his study to record the events that just transpired.
Heff 2460 Share Posted February 6, 2015 The shamans of the feral elven horde screech unnaturally as their minds are broken into, the surrounding warriors looking out from their tents for a short while before going about their business.
mitto 2312 Share Posted February 6, 2015 Bee Druid Ker'vuln was already smoking Cactus Green on the beach at this point, when the feeling hit the feeling could not be explained by mere mortal words. Laying on his back throughout the whole experience wide eyed, he stood up slowly planting his staff in the ground. He turns to a Crab nearby for clarification. "Are you feeling it now Mr. Krabs?" Catarrh 720 Share Posted February 6, 2015 As Malog'Yar sits cross-legged in his cave, his staff raised above some sort of necklace of bones in some bizarre ritual, the sudden sensation overtakes him. "Agh!" he tenses up, and screams, dropping his staff. He grips his head in both hands, as thick veins throb visibly in his forehead and neck. His pained roars can be heard sounding from his home for the entirety of the event. Once the feeling subsides, Malog grabs his staff, rubbing his blurry eyes and panting, as he manages to stand up and prop himself against it. He leaves the bone necklace on the floor, forgetting completely about whatever ritual he was focusing on before, and hurries outside to confer with the other shamans on the matter. The Templar 195 Share Posted February 6, 2015 Ianril, wandering the roads in cloaked armor, would suddenly double over in agony, screaming blue murder. He would fall and thrash, being caught quite unawares. "Xan the Protector and the blessed Allfather spare me!" He would bite his tongue hard enough to draw blood, seizing upon the ground until the event ended. Left drained and his body mercilessly punished, he would find that the trip home would be quite difficult...
dandan1350 479 Share Posted February 6, 2015 The cloaked man chuckles sensibly as he feels what he mistakes for a prickling 'pain' drill at his mind and reaches over to for the frosted over bottle of clear rum by his side. Taking another swig and then wrapping himself further in the depths of his furs and layers he continues his watch. "Sounds interesting, ey' Fredreich?" _Jandy_ 3519 Share Posted February 6, 2015 Sa'Dawnyeel overhears obnoxious shamans and quiet moongazers speak of this sudden pain and wonders what is happening, could it have been some odd ritual, is this Meztzli's doing... Sa'Dawnyeel realizes it must have been Meztzli, the other followings are false, right? How could they be connected to the other beliefs, perhaps Meztzli is trying to show her power to the false beleivers... Sa'Dawnyeel continues to think. xDK 1205 Share Posted February 6, 2015 The Wicked Witch sits in her cell in the deepest dungeon, meditating, fairly unaware of the happening in people's minds. She aswell has felt an agony drilling in her head, however still blind to what it might be. "One day... One day i'll return.."
CaptainSheepy 317 Share Posted February 6, 2015 A shattered tea cup sent a shrill note through the air. Within a home in Haelun'or, the former Archmage and erstwhile servant of Iblees, Ceruberr, would be seen kneeling upon the ground. The tumultuous cacophony of roars and slammings within his mind grows to a deafening height. His pale, thin fingers dig into his scalp. Numerous long strands of silver caught between each as the uproar continues to batter against an already scarred mind. He sits there shaking during the ordeal until suddenly a short moment of silence. His emerald eyes raise to gaze upon the table before him. At once, Ceruberr's body jerked back and he lay flat against the wooden floor. His eyes grew wide as the seemingly omnipotent force hurled itself against his mind. Ceruberr withstood for but a moment before his meagre defenses shattered. And so he lay there until the force receded. A short word uttered before his emerald eyes became wide, staring into oblivion. "...No.."
