Condemnation of Citizen Misconduct

The Creator gave to the sons of Horen the lands of this world. We are his chosen and are tasked with the maintenance of all societies in accordance with divine intent. It has come to the attention of the crown and council that certain Orenian citizens have been creating diplomatic situations as a result of gross misconduct in foreign territories.

 

Without dealing with those of ours who are criminal in others’ lands, we both fail to fulfill our divine mandate, as well as risking the severance of diplomatic ties. This is not to be tolerated, and any one Orenian’s behavior outside of the heartland is just as representative of our nation as behavior within. Any who violate this are guilty both of impiety and criminal misconduct.

 

It is thus the opinion of the office of the Justicar that Orenian citizens committing significant crimes and disturbances in foreign lands are to be held accountable in the heartland.
