This is actually a genuine concern. Im getting skeptical about the amount of admins that are druids, I mean congrats to all of you but I would like some variation between the backgrounds. 

What someone plays or whos group they are in has nothing to do with choices made to gain a position. It is based off their actions, how they handle things, attitude, and maturity. Several that became Admin haven't even played their druids until very recently and that was only because they wanted to play them again. Its their characters, they are allowed to play them and allowed to join whichever group they wish to be in just like anyone else here in the community, providing the RP.

Ideally, yes. But if you haven't realized what I was implying is that I would rather not have the admins pick friends from their inner circle which I seem to think is the druids. I mean I don't doubt that their not capable its just I haven't seen much work from Readicti especially while Sky and Frottimer I know as a fact work quite hard. It was a genuine concern by all means  I meant no offense but it was easy to assume that since I have not seen him do much work.

Considering you aren't on the Application Team, it would be hard to see the work their leader does. I'm a little skeptical as well, but give it a chance. You can always ask her what she does as well. The team will not hear our complaints, no matter how loud. So at least try and put them to rest, or go back to normal activities.

Had a long elaborate response ready but fell asleep so Ill jsut think of somthing now.

 

Three GM's for two partly inactive groups that hardily effect the rest of the server  with their actions seems like quite a high proportion of represenation for a minority.

 

We all have our bases which we hardily stray from. All I am going to say is that it feels like we are not getting a fair ammount of representation on both the Admin team and the GM team.  And maybe the process of deciding should include represenation as a factor becuase we all know they will be capable and commited.

 

To use an example on the passing of these new rules on removing of the holding of regions, I already made a a strong case which i'm sure if we had legitimate representaion in these groups would of being said in these instead of me putting it on the forms or even that rule being put in at all and causing an outcry and dissent.

I can settle your concerns saying wholeheartedly she does a lot of work for the server. Not only is she there for the App Team, but she's also quite active on the server to help with modreqs.
