And y'all seem fine, Readacti seems good, but a bit too strict. However, I mostly chalk that up to having new members, because new staff members tend to be too strict at whatever they're doing.

I was fairly new as an FM, and (as mentioned above) too quick to warn people. In that scenario, you made a post that led to a flame war, so even though you didn't really participate in it in any meaningful way, I thought that was fit for a warning. After the fact, I reviewed your old forums warns and general behavior, saw that you'd improved dramatically, and reviewed the situation, making me realize that I really should not have warned you. However, the higher ups at the time told me that I couldn't unwarn you, until I approached an admin who said that I should indeed be able to remove the warning point and unban you if I see fit.
