So, these are single purchase donations, do these in any way effect our rank? For example, if we buy a gold or diamond vip would one of these one time perks be included with it? Or are they seperate donation entirely and don't effect your rank?

These are entirely separate from VIP ranks, are are simply another type of reward you can select in exchange for donating to the server.

with new donation features being implemented it would be nice to start seeing the money actually going somewhere to improve the server, for example a forum theme done by a professional web designer (current 1 looks like it was dl'd for free), some advertising (paying utubers or buying sponsors on voting websites) etc. 

 

the reason i've never upgraded from gold vip is bcos i've never actually seen money go anywhere besides keeping the server online and tythus' steam acct
