Not really... I bind my sprint to caps-lock so it's down always after just one press - and after dealing damage or taking some MC auto cancels your sprint for a moment. It's the same if you just held down a button.

auto sprint is added into mc so no

 

sprint mods just make it so u dont need to hold down the sprint key and instead just toggle it on and off (useful for ppl with small hands/,mechanical keyboards)

I couldn't seriously determine whether he had weightless armor or not, mostly because of the video speed. Now that you say it, I notice that.
