Charter applications are only necessary for acquiring land outside of a nation, if you are requesting land within a nation, this is not how you get the land. Ask the leaders either in RP or OOC. You are expected to seek land through them first, before resorting to this application.

I, Toxzero, fully acknowledge that if roleplay in the region in question does not occur, or player retention of the area depreciates to a level where hardly any active RP remains in the area, then the area will be removed, ruined or naturalized by GMs/ET members with a 1 week probationary period.

The table stood tall as the blue coated members surrounded it in their seats, small cups of tea steaming slowly on the table in front of them. An individual stood, his long slender structure standing tall as he pushed up his glasses, a glint of light reflecting off them. “I have called all of you here today to speak about finding us a proper home outside of National Borders, thus we may continue our work in the privacy of this new area.” His hand would reach out, a white glove upon such as he points out a spot on the map. “We’ll be claiming these lands, and holding this securely.” The others would nod, some with glasses some with out. “We have the supplies, and we are ready.” He would sit back down, sipping his tea before looking around the table to the others.

 

The slender elvish figure would slip forward a parchment, titled 'Charter', documented to the current date. Each member would be asked to sign such.
