Regarding the Elibar'acal and Golden Owls

None are permitted entrance into the State of Laureh’lin without the express permission of the Head of State, the Prince Tristin Tresery. The distinct lack of respect towards Elven officials by the various incarnations and assemblies of Haelun’or and all of its past and present municipalities is not something that can be ignored, nor shall it be by the Order of Sirame and its Emerald Knights in Laureh’lin. We do not let the wrongs afforded to us in the past by them stand, and never shall an Elibar'acal or Golden Owl of any stateship be permitted into the cihi without being first granted admittance by the government.
