Conditional Kingdom Laws:

Punishments:

-Punishments vary on the degree and consistancy of the offense and is ultimately left to the decision of the reigning monarch to decide (unless deemed too severe, in which case external intervention on the accused judgment will occur)

-Punishments include: Imprisonment (time varies on severity and increases for repeat offenders)

The Wilds:

-Typical laws do not apply to the wilds so travellers must take great care when traversing them.

Political Organisations:

Human Kingdom:

-Led by a King/Queen

-King has near absolute power (but his decisions must please his lords, lest a coup occur)

-Can elect a second in command as Seneschal

-Various Lords control smaller sectors and report/pay tax to the King

-In the kings absence or if the King steps down on short notice, his Senschal would replace him

-Coup-de-tats are not unheard of if the king is too unpopular. If the Seneshcal is also unpopular then the most powerful lord assumes temporary control until they can elect which of the lords assumes the throne

-The High Priest serves as the Kings left hand and religious leader. He acts as a liason to the Temple as well as a possible embassador to other nations

Dwarven Kingdom:

-Led by a King

-A King has a the power to Veto and automatically pass one law in a certain period of time. His vote in decisions counts for 3.

-Governed by a High Council

-Council members consist of: Grand Champion of the Arena, Grand Master of the Smith, High Merchant, Lord Marshall of the Army, Archbishop and a Lord Baron (a Baron elected from his peers to serve a temporary term on the council as their representative)

-Sectors are managed by Barons who report to the High Council

-An unpopular King may be removed by vote and replaced by a member of the High Council (also by vote) (voting parties include the High council and Barons of the kingdom)

-The Archbishop serves as a liaison to the Temple and religious leader. He may also act as an embassador to other nations

Elven Council:

-Governed by a council of princes/princesses

-Led by an elected High Prince/Princess

-High Prince has the power to Veto one law in a specific period of time. His vote counts for 2.

-High Prince is a temporary office that must be reliquinshed after a certain period of time

-A Prince may hold the title of High Prince multiple times but never consecutively

-The council of Princes votes on the successive High Prince

-Sectors are governed by Viscounts who report to the Council of Princes

-A Viscount who becomes popular or powerful enough may campaign to become a Prince on the council at the descretion of his peers and the Council

-An unpopular Prince may be impeached at the decision of the council

-The Arch Druid is the only non-prince on the council and serves as a religious leader and liason to the Temple. He may also act as an embassador to other nations

Orc War Nation:

-Led by the absolute rule of a warlord titled Rex

-The Rex has complete control over the War Nation regarding internal affairs and war time decisions

-A sector is governed by a Dominus who reports to the Rex

-A Dominus vying for the warlords title may challenge the Rex to single combat. If he wins he becomes the new Rex. If he loses he faces heavy fines and possible loss of title or banishment at the discretion of the Rex

-A High Shaman governs religious affairs and acts as a liason between the warnation and the Temple. He can act as an advisor to the Rex and may also act as an embassador to other nations

As far as the new "Foul Language" Rule. Here is a few examples on how to use it in a correct fashion.

Right Way:

"You Undead pig bastard! You shall pay!"

"That smelly orc smells of a cow's ass"

Wrong way:

"You Undead all can suck a ****"

All in all use your best judgement.

Secondly as far as the "No Cybering" This should be understandable.

No Sexual acts in game.

No Raping players.

No Writting books of any sexual manner.

Remember there are underage people on this server. I have logs of everything that goes on. Should you not want to be notified to the authority.

To add: For all you Nay Sayers that think underage people shouldn't play on this server than I say this to you. We do not require a age limit to play. You don't like it? Don't play.

So, essentially, these are rules that people should have used their common sense about anyways. That should help clear up any confusion that could have occurred.

This is the only rule I've ever had confusion with and I think it is part of the reason why there are so many unprotected towns everywhere.

What are "correct amounts" for each of these things? If there were actual numbers I think it would make things a lot clearer.

Thanks

I believe you just have to be a VIP to be able to get a city region-ed, and if you have enough people living in it. So donation like $5 would only give you a week or so (can't remember exactly how much of the top of my head), so you wouldn't have a lot of time to do it. But if you donated $100, you'd have a lot longer to do so.

Just my though... I may be wrong.

You gain a plot for $100 and a bigger one for $200.

Although, a Nation can protect you just as Oren can protect a Halfling town in exchange for a tax or some kind of item such as wheat from what I've heard.

I doubt people will stop Cybering... If people want to do it bad enough they will do it. :/

So I can create a town and get it protected if I give King Edmund taxes?

This has always confused me. Do you require an approved villain app to steal or kill out in the wilds? People have told me that you do, and others have told me they've asked admins and they've said no. Sorry for the confusion!

Yes you do, you will be banned for doing anything villainous without a villain app, a ACCEPTED villain app, make sure you tell everyone you see as well because all those rumors get tiresome. Also, what is cybering? Like bullying or what?
