Arteh 1837 Share Posted January 28, 2016 This Ban Report was made on November 22nd 2011. I am not content with the reply and I demand an immediate re-evaluation of it. Thank you. Ban report on: Boomack21 and Taufirewarrior Rules broken?: Boomack21 returned to death point claiming it was UN-RP. Taufirewarrior combat logged twice and also slightly meta-gamed by saying that Mr Perea will declare war if he was to die.. Witnesses :- Well as soon as this happned i pmed Liriyna and she was watching, also stickymayhem who's rp it originally was, was a witness to this. What happned? Well apparently stickymayhem got some diamond stolen of him, me casually walking about i see them rping, so i thought why not go and join in.. i see a arrow hit Stickymayhem i continue to rp, we eventually get inside the place where the thieves were hiding in, they then started confront each other with violent emotes, i then solved than and pushed stickeymayhem behind me and said to the two if you hit him again you die, i then rped with Boomack21 for a bit and then Taufirewarrior say's something to me which made my character react which led to me hitting him in the temple with the hilt of my sword.. now the problem begins later.. i kill boomack21 as he disarms my character, accuses my character of lying about his lordship and also insults him therefore i kill him, after i kill him, his friend Taufirewarrior runs upstairs and logs out in the corner he logs back on and quickly says oocly stop.. i stopped he told me then that if we kill him that perea will declare war, we then remind him that he wont remember 30 minutes and continue to kill him as i hit him the 2nd time with the sword he logs out which then i contacted a GM, after a good 3-4 minutes of him not logging back on, i head downstairs to find Boomack21 their claiming that it was an UN-RP kill and he wanted his items back? it was a completely RP kill as you see from the screenshots, i login around 10-15 minutes after the incident, i find Taufirewarrior on the king's road with boomack21 saying that was a close one oocly and then as soon as i came he said my internet disconnected.. I will leave it open for the time being to allow further memes to flow through, Will will serve a five (5) minute time out this weekend from cybering.
