I noticed that we took a stray path from nation rp, and think we should change that. You may have also noticed I changed this, but all will be explained in good time. I just want to gauge the Forum Rolplayer community on how they feel. Veterans of this thread, tell me! Share what you thought was wrong with past nation games. Share what you think we should do! Start discussing, and a hint to everyone, Start plotting!

Okay well, No Nuclear wars....no insane AI thing that just becomes invisible(Due to players not willing to team up and backstabbing) Also I guess....slow down of technology...? I think thats..all that comes to mind

Just going to put this out there, I talked with some of the people wanting to join and ran it by them and they seemed to think it was a decent idea at least so I was just gonna put this out there for your thoughts.

Suggestion:

I would suggest making it so nations/players can only have a single major focus on what they're researching, the rest of the things would be development/production for buildings and what not. This is so people can't just start mass researching the big strong stuff since I heard that the tech was going to be really lengthened in how long it takes for it to get researched, So they would have to either stick with what they started to research or cancel it entirely and start a new on a new tech.

the issue of tech sort of leaves the equation if we just do WW2 or WW1

The last RP was very tech driven which I believe made it last that much longer, plus having constant warfare and an active 'Villain' in the Caliphate drawing attention. I would like to see a WWI or WWII one though. That would open up a lot of options for us.

I'm not sure what you have done in the past for nation games on this forum, but I've been in nation games over with a different group of people and I would be willing to take part in the game.

Make sure people stick to their nation's sides in the war for the beginning this time though, last time it wasn't a world war because Nazi Germany wanted to be friends with everyone.
