Explain what happens a bit more than just a error message?

It mentions an error with resource packs, so my suggestion would be to turn off all resource packs and use vanilla MC resource pack and see if it works(unless of course you are using the default resource pack, in which case, iunno).

if the above doesn't work try:

putting server resource packs option to off before attempting to log in

If you're crashing upon loading into the server, it's likely because you have an intel graphics card. You need to go into your video options and turn on "vbos." It should be in the bottom left of your video settings.

Agreed, it smells like autism, btw. Anything changed much? (Skill reset, new recipes, etc...) I can't log rn :/

This fixed my problems as well as the problems of several others so yeah apparently it works. Couldn't log onto any server at all w/o crashing with vanilla 1.9 until I turned on vbos. This was true for every server and every single player world for me.
