A White Brazen Phoenix is seen swooping away from the Cloud Temple as the letter is dropped off at the Monk Temple, As the Monk goes to read it find the letter sealed with purple wax. Removing it the message would reveal;

-To the Elder Monks of Cloud Temple-

I write to you in dire straights at the growing concern of unnatural beasts plaguing the Cloud Temple, loitering in the very place you would call peaceful sanctuary.

I implore you to reconsider your stance on the unnatural, the evil, the tainted and all things unholy and malcontent in this world when it comes to whom may receive your blessing upon your sacred sites. For as of late there has been a growing rise of restlessness among those whom would treat the Cloud Temple as their sanctuary, as the very murderers and monsters they wish to be away from mock them even there. Worse still is that you protect these vile creatures from harm. Allowing them to continue their torturous ways unimpeded.

I ask for all that is good in this world that you take drastic action. To expel these horrible creatures plaguing your sanctuary once and for all. Such monsters should not be protected by your blessings, they are not even deserving of them.

If you wish to keep the peace within your own lands, you must take action to bring order to it.

You have the power to bring peace to your temple. Use it, or else the Various holy orders will be forced to do so instead.

With sincere Regards

Blundermore P. WindRaker

Dralazar eyes the loiterers in the Cloud Temple Docks with some annoyance as a hulking mass of black steel steps past him. He is confounded at how this is allowed to stand, for in no world does true neutrality exist.

A known spooky loiterer continues on hurting holy mens feelings, a very easy task, knowing he and them, are protected by the temple grounds, a most fair trade.

Cadyna, the monk, sighs. "I will have to speak with Lady Rellenia and the other monks about this."

A man in robes sits on a rock, doing absolutely nothing, falsely accused of being evil but taking comfort in the fact that the people that revive him take full neutrality in healing and in their temple grounds. That due to these false accusations he will at least be safe in the temple, and not barred, as they're patron instructs.

Though he hopes that even if he is forced out, those extremely useful travelling nation carts will at least still be accessible.

"Good people do not need the Temple. The only people who have ever needed sanctuary are those who harm others. The only times that we have ever needed the Temple's protection, it has failed us," comments Arthur.

A solitary figure agrees with Arthur, "You've a finesse for such statements." He says.

"The man makes a good point. The only people who need their bodies consistently re-constructed are the people who are consistently killed for being twats ... perhaps the monks should stop reviving folk who show up at their door as corpses over and over." Muttered Artimec.

Hearing all the commotion around.

The figure seems to speak out

"You all think that the mortal monks have the right to make rules for their own very temple. It is only the sanctioned monks below that speak with the three... four patrons they follow. That can decide the rules for the order to follow. Though as stated only a myth..."

The monk, Garsto reads this letter,

"The cloud temple is a safe place for all people."

he would say before going to hand the letter on to an Elder Monk.

The old wizard can't quite put his mind on it but it is as though he can feel someone or many people somehow talking about this letter or something relating to it.

He doesn't know how or why this is happening, he ponders the conundrum as he sits in his silent sanctum until eventually he shrugs with a small mumble to himself. Going back to his studies once more.

A fellow Monk would read out the notice to the Elder Monk, afterwards delivering a message from Monk Yohei, to Blundermore. The Monk waited at the docks until he noticed the old man with the long white beard and left him with a letter.

"Dear Blundermore,

It seems there may be some confusion on what a Monk truly represents and can do. We are not a group that simply supports the good of the world, we do not heal so that 'good' may conquer evil and overall these points and most importantly, we do not pick sides. It is what makes a Monk a Monk; neutrality. It is understandable that some, or perhaps even the majority of people would like for 'evil' to be purged from the temple, as it is the most popular place for general chatter; but to us there is no such thing, nor is there a way to do it. Whether we wanted to or not, it is not in our power to alter the way the wards work, and we do trust the Triumvirate in their choice to allow both good and evil within the borders of said ward.  Our beliefs may not be altered by anyone other than the Triumvirate themselves.

To keep this message clear, to sort out any confusion. The Monks will not set out to create an un-neutral ground for the people of Vailor,  and will remain supporters of true neutrality. Both good and evil are welcome by the triumvirate to roam the temple grounds. If there are any questions regarding this matter, or thoughts you may contact us again, but no action by the monks will be taken in this matter.

If you decide to take action against the Cloud Temple and the neutral grounds it provides, I cannot tell how the Triumvirate will respond. Make your choices with wisdom, and care.

                                                                                                                      Yours Truly,

Wilven Monk Yohei Khen'aum of the Cloud Temple"

"Perhaps strengthening their enchantment to allow no feelings of negativity at the temple would be preferable. It is really annoying to see a group of whatever endlessly slinging volatile insults and disturb the peace until one of them just gives in or realizes how utterly ridiculous the situation is",Alirya said to her son while at the temple
