The Eagle's Rebellion

From the halls of Krakens Watch a great chorus of hammers and axes at work could be heard,  but also a great amount of chuckling to go with it.  In a seat sits a large,  obviously northern man, with a skull mounted atop of his helm at his side.  He seems rather merry despite the recent defeat at the fields near Riga. "Aleksandr 'The Hamster' Staunton..." Dagr Vanir would say.  "He leads his men in defeat at the fields and at the keep of Krakens Watch,  and then we spare him of sacking Riga,  spare his people."  He would sip his ale and then wipe his lips with a napkin.  "Then...  He dissapears for a few Saint's days or a week,  his men and people believing him dead.  He abandoned his people in a time of need but comes back with foreign forces of Flays,  orcs,  and Rurics to declare a rebellion.  A madman!"  He would roar with a smile on his face. "I called him a hamster due to his cowardice and cravenous acts but it seems he has the brain the size of a hamster to go with it."  The large man would stand,  placing his helm atop of his head as he hears men gathering about.  "Very well,  let's get on with it."

Kallor sits within his room at the Gryphons Roost reading a thick tome on the North's history, noting every single rebellion before Aleks' The Hamster' Staunton , has failed terribly , crushed into the dust. Kallor would then laugh, knowing this will also fail.

"There is a new Duke of Courland every bloody week. I'd say it's high time they get a stable ruler who isn't prone to antics I'd expect from the town drunk." Proclaims Karl in the imperial court, scoffing before taking swig of ale.

Natalia scowled, storming down the hallway of the Staunton palace. "This is just embarrassing," she'd huff, swinging open the door to her and her husband's room. "I'm ashamed to have raised a fool of a son."

"Your son is bloody fighting for Courland!" a servant would say

"Fools" - says Theodoric Stafyr, flatly and without expression.

William Worix would laugh with his axe resting in his hands "Nie craven like the hamster Alexander will ever rule the north, the coward lives out the last few years of his life in a cave and returns with the Dreadland scum to back up his force of idiots!" he'd  reach for his helmet, covering his war scared face for another battle, he'd turn to face his fellow brothers-at-arms "Ave Carnatia! Ave the Empire!" he'd shout with feriousity
