Men wearing robes of black and red have been seen on the outskirts of Felsen. 

So far their intentions are unknown, but they have already murdered several citizens for sacrifices.

If you see anyone wearing robes similar to this, please inform your local authority or apprehend them yourself if you possess the ability.
